At least as far as this location and any other location owned by this owner I will not patronize. I have never been treated so rudely & had my voice dismissed as it was yesterday. I ordered my sub through app, on way to work and when I got there just before pickup time was told my sub was not ready and we do not make mobile orders for out of state phone numbers. That is ridiculous! Sheryl Moore stated she called my phone, I never received a call, she said me getting funds back was not her problem and I should take up with the mobile app. In todays day and age who honestly has a local number as to where they live? And if you are going to call don’t you think it would be wise to leave a voicemail for proof or verification. Apparently a man by the name of Mohit owns this location. I will not ever return which is sad because I have gone to this location for almost 5 years.

Absolutely worst customer service. Treated me like they did in the military. I had 2 sandwiches and the lady in front of me had 3 and had been waiting longer. She made her wait even longer just to knock my 2 out. Will avoid this location from now on.
I always order the oven roasted chicken sandwich as soon as I walk in the manger automatically starts making my sandwich she is best manger I have ever seen she is always happy and she knows her regular customers when they walk in and automatically starts make my sandwich
I was Soooooo happy to see that the Subway in Walmart had reopened!!! I always shop at this Walmart since moving back to Memphis, but since I’ve been here Subway had been closed. The Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sandwich is my Favorite. The young lady who served me was AWESOME! Everything was Soooooo Fresh, and evenly distributed throughout the sandwich. Welcome back Subway! YOU have been deeply missed. Thank you for your service.

Really friendly service, but I got charged almost $2 extra for a few extra veggie toppings, which is not the chain’s policy. It’s only a few dollars, but it feels pretty unethical to take money unwarranted from customers.
