The cashier rang me up and couldn't even fill up a cup of coffee for me. I didn't order something fancy that a barista needed to make, just a simple cup of coffee. Come on Starbucks, is this your policy now that the barista has to do all drinks. Having to wait for them to make all the other drinks is ridiculous! In the past the cashier would turn around and fill my coffee cup, done.

I don't buy coffee from starbucks, but was terribly lost and the cool staff sorted me out.Starbucks is the reason coffee prices shot up.Before the current financialIssue. It's coffee not plasma

Placed a mobile order at this location and they were very busy so my pickup was delayed. They also ran out of venti cups so the venti drinks were served in trenta cups. The in store pickup and drive thru lines were both busy but the staff was friendly. I ordered a black tea, a brown sugar shaken espresso, and a kids hot white chocolate. All the drinks were good so no complaints about the wait.

This Starbucks was good about two years ago, I guess after the pandemic, they started hiring whoever. More kids working, less experience or training. My drinks are always terrible, and that’s when I can get what I want. They never have anything. Frappuccino’s always taste like a cup of milk and you can not get refunds or replacements. They make the drink wrong and I have to pay for it. Sandwiches don’t even taste the same anymore. Terribly disappointing and 100% do not recommend. I’d rather drive to Southhaven than deal with this place. Go to the new Dunkin on Goodman Rd, much better coffee here (the donuts, not so much).

Always quick and accurate, unlike some other Starbucks. I love that there is a huge parking lot that I can park my semi in the night before, so that I can have my coffee fix as soon as I wake up. I always stop here, whether I’m passing through or parking overnight.

Went in today and ordered a drink and other items. Starbucks was out of the flavor I wanted. The person that made the drink just made up something she thought I wanted(never told me they were out nor asked if I wanted to substitute). Inquired about why. Her reply, I always wanted to try it this combination. I said soooo you’ve never actually had this but you expect me to want it? So I tasted the clear liquid in the cup and told her this taste a like a flat sprite. After I asked her to add a different ingredient that I chose to at least try to savage the drink. She spoke via headset and the supervisor who comes out and rudely says that’s extra for fruit. Which was fine but I proceeded to tell her about how the barista just made what she felt. The supervisor response was ma’am she’s trying very snippy. How are you trying when you don’t consult the customer that’s paying? Once I heard that I asked for a refund on all the order items I purchased. She gave me a condescending “have a blessed day”. My response you too! I will never argue with anyone when I’m spending my money.P.S. clean all of those boxes piled up at the door. It’s a safety hazard.

This location’s hours are never what the claim to be online. They claim to be open until 2pm most days when their hours are clearly listed until 9:30pm online. That is, unless they decide to close early, in that case, they put a sign on the door saying closed at 1pm. Annoying and unpredictable. Starbucks do better.

I pay extra for a specific chai tea and they still get it wrong. I constantly request no water in my chai tea but every time I get it's water down. I shouldn't have to drive off and turn around to come in to watch them make my tea for it to be made correctly. I just have to go to the one close to my home instead of my job.

Customer Service was Amazing. I got the opportunity to try the Carmel latte. As a Travel Agent I love being able to do Market Research for my Clients.

I ordered a caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel. They charged me for extra whip cream and extra caramel. There was enough whip cream, not extra by any means. There was not enough caramel on there to even see. If that's what they consider EXTRA I'd hate to see what the normal amount is. Needless to say I don't think I'll be spending another 7 dollars on a Frappuccino from Starbucks.
