I hadn't had a burger in years from Sonic and it was sooo good, I also love their Oreo blast
I wish I had taken pictures of what they handed me lol...first burger had no cheese but was good and smashed. I buzzed them and requested a cheeseburger like I had originally ordered and they kindly resmashed the same burger with a nice cold slice of cheese and handed it back. No thanks.
I seen a manager by the name of Chris treating the workers awful. I will never go back. He was yelling at the workers. Watching them if they were “taking too long”. The worker looked as if she was going to cry. He should not be working there treating them that way. He should be investigated.
Nothing like getting a strawberry limeade with no limes. Then requested some be brought out and this is what I got. GROSS. I know times are tough but this is inedible. If they know I’mGunna see this then what happens that I don’t know about. ?
I stopped by Sonic (Hacks Cross road, Olive Branch) this morning. I ordered a sausage and egg burrito. I really appreciated the FOUR small pieces of sausage! Completely unacceptable.
We were just there for dessert, but it was great! They got our order correct, which these days feels pretty important, and our server was very friendly for the short interaction we had.
Mostly great however they have a few staff members who need to work on taking the orders correctly and making changes if they see they have done something wrong
When a customer says light ice or easy ice, that means don't fill the cup with ice. I don't want to take a few sips and only have ice left.

Asked for easy on the ice. The ticket was 4.25 gave her 5 and said keep the changeDrove off just to find the cup was full of ice??????
