The app was messing up. I explained that the money had already been taken out of my account and gave the store number. They said that was the right number. But, maybe my order went to Hackscross?Idk...I waited 30 minutes for my food after ordering it before I even left to pick it up (probably 45 mins total). The food was great. The car hop apologized profusely, but the manager kept telling me my order must have been to another store. It wasn't. The store number was on my bank account, as I mentioned before. Do not use the app. Just order when you get there. They made my order anyway. The amount is still taken out of my account (this was a few weeks ago), so I didn't get a free meal. I wasn't trying to get a free meal, and don't want one. Just irritated that I went over about 30mins on my lunch break. I won't be back for lunch at work...ever..
After spending 3.5 hours at the vet, I treated myself and my 2 dogs to a cheeseburger, tater tots and a chocolate milkshake. It all was delicious! Sonic never disappoints!

So I just came here to order my food and as I was-about to pay there card machine isn’t working and and when I gave him my card I had $10 on there and 0.15 in change and he was like there card machine isn’t working so I had to give all of my food back to the guy all because there card machine wasn’t working they never have anything working here and they have bad management services here I will never be eating at this place again
Food is pretty good. Depending on the time that can be rather slow & food seems rushed.
This location is typically on the faster side than a lot of other Sonics. Staff has always been courteous and helpful.
Stopped for a snack before a meeting. Never got any of the food….drink was wrong…..said they would be back with correct items. Never showed.
The Sonic Drive In in Olive Branch gave excellent service. I had went to the one on Winchester across from Walmart but the service has gotten so bad that I am going to have to stop patronizing it?. Apparently the owner does not care about his business going into the toilet.
Good food, friendly service. A favorite place to eat.
My kids love Sonic, but lately(the past 3 months or so) service has been awful. Every single time the order has been wrong. Every time. Not to mention the wait times.
