This place used to be the best Mexican restaurant around. For years, my family and I have enjoyed coming here. We live 20 miles away, so we always stop by if we are nearby, and sometimes we drive up just to eat there. The last time we went there we got our food to go. It wasn’t near as good as it usually was, and they left off some of our order. We never had issues before, so we just figured they were busy and it was not a big deal. Yesterday, we drove up just to pick up a to go order. Some young boy took our order, and he just kept rolling his eyes and looked like he hated everything. He was just really rude. I don’t even know why he was there if he was going to act like that. There used to be a really pretty younger woman that would be taking the orders, and not only was she super polite, I never once had my order be wrong. She was great. We get home, and they had left out the rice and beans and no tortillas. It’s not like we had a big complex order either. It was just two dinners, a cheese dip, and flour tortillas. Rancho was always the one place that you didn’t have to check your entire order before leaving to see what they’ve left out. I mean I expect to get what I order and pay for without having to check behind someone to make sure I have, in fact, gotten what I pay for. It doesn’t end there though. The food was nowhere near the amazing quality that it usually is. It was just thrown together slop. My California shrimp tacos were not only horrible, but most of the shrimp hadn’t even been peeled!! They still had the entire shell on them! I was shocked and disappointed because we have come to rancho for years, but lately each time we come it has gotten worse and worse. It’s such a shame. But, if they are going to give this kind of service and this quality of food, I can go to the the dime a dozen Mexican place that is close to where I live instead of driving 20 miles for the same thing.
I love to try new things and it's was my first time trying out Mexican food which is good ???.
We sat down for roughly 15 minutes and were never talked to by a waitress. I watched two other groups get spoke to and orders taken, after 15 minutes we just left. We normally have decent service, but the food isn’t good enough to wait around for, we just went down to Mi Pueblo and won’t be going back.
The food was outstanding and you get a huge portion as well. Customer service was on point. Would definitely come back and recommend.
when you order the chicken Burito just smell the chicken really disgustingI know there are a customers. But you are also a customer When you wait more than half hour for food to arrive and asked about the Manager and told her about all this problems and She really doesn't respect customers and don’t care about this Tell me if i should eat or go out don't eat she's care about the gesture that works there and does not care about their customers The food was disgusting ? smell of food really really disgusting ? This is what I saw from The white girl and Mexican girl when you order the chicken Burito just smell the chicken really disgusting
Great service and sangria margaritas ?
I was working in this restaurant for 2 weeks part time, I did the best, gave GREAT customer service, helped out in everything I could, even the day my grandmother passed away ( I was working ) also on fast environment. The owner ABRAHAM on a Saturday ( I was the first one to arrive early in the restaurant of the waitress). He was upset and started yelling at me from the night before because I cleaned & left early, also had an agreement with another coworker that she will clean if anything was needed. He started raising his voice and I don’t like to be disrespectful. He just told me “you can leave” and kicked me out of the restaurant on a rainy day, and was waiting for my ride outside. ( the only day my husband took my car for an oil change ) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY TREAT THEIR WORKERS LIKE SLAVES AND DON’T EVEN APPRECIATE THEM OR PAY HOURLY. WRONG TERMINATION, I DO NOT recommend this restaurant. After all I own my two businesses and was just working here for extra income on weekends, when I’m not busy. I will never treat anyone this way.
Service and food was great, waitress was awesome, she checked on us every couple of minutes I was truly impressed! She earned her tip and more!
The food is good, but we never get our money’s worth in a to go order. This has happened the past 5 times. Going to have to stop going to Rancho if I actually want a decent amount of food.
Awesome Food and Great Service! The atmosphere was super comfortable and I enjoyed going there very much. Highly recommend this restaurant!
