Burned the crust and the pizza wasn’t as large as it usually is. Disappointed.

There's 2 managers I just love so much. Me and my husband used to go once a week sometimes more. But there's this one I've seen more and more of she's very condescending to the employees. I'm not good at remembering names but the one manager who normally brings us our pizzas needs to be running the whole place!!! She's fantastic. Also the girl with the green hair is so good at her job as well!! But will be awhile before I'm back I don't know if the one is a newer manager or what but I didn't like how she spoke to me or her employees.
I love Pyro's and when in town I will always try to visit. Came on a Friday night. So they were busy. The staff did a great job of taking care of our party of 5. The food was great as always. The only negative, if you can call it that, is that the toppings station was a mess. I get it is hard to maintain tidiness when you are that busy, but as some who is picky about toppings I do not want a stray mushroom or pepper on my pizza. This is not a deal breaker by any stretch, will definitely return.
Good food, but I guess it’s management need to be more professional. Talking to employees very disrespectful and in front of customers. I would never work here with the way their talked too. The girl with the blue hair has always had an attitude towards her employees every time I come in. I will not be back.
1st time to ever eat here on 3/19/22 around 6:00 PM and we won’t be back. Waited at our table for over 30 minutes for our pizza. Pizza was good though once it finally arrived.
I like the concept of the store. The pizza was decent, had many options for toppings. The staff was very helpful
Delicious, reasonably priced food and wonderful service. Went during a busy spike on Sunday evening and was in and out quickly. The ingredients were fresh and both pizzas were cooked to perfection. I got a big salad as well and saved it to eat the next day. It tasted like it had just been prepared despite sitting in the fridge overnight.
Love this place! Fresh & made to order. Either your personal preference or specialty pizza selections. With options for either thin or thicker crust. Both soft drinks & a wide selection of Craft Beers. Well worth the visit.
The pizza and the pineapple dessert was delicious! Prompt and courteous service.
