Order my food on the app. App tells your food is ready at the counter go to the doors they are locked walked to the drive thru nope you have to wait in line I placed my order at 345pm didn't receive my food until 430pm workers are playing around dancing and not serving customers I come here three times a month and I am very disappointed in the customer service them I was given spicy chicken and not mild not a happy customer at all. Will not be back to this location ever!!!!
Unbelievable… went in the drive thru to get enough food for only 3 people and I spent a whole 2 hours in the DRIVE THROUGH, the thing that is supposed to go faster than fine in!! This isn’t the first time I went to the one in hornlake and had to end up leaving because I had already spent an hour in the drive through … don’t come here unless you plan to take literally hours out of your Dane for some soggy chicken.
I don't usually leave bad reviews. BUT every time I have been to the drive-thru at The Popeyes in Olive Branch Ms, the line has been extremely long with vehicles barely moving at all, and it takes 30 minutes or greater to even get your order placed. Today i was in line for 34 minutes. The food is good, but for the time I spend in line waiting, I can go to the store, go home, and cook it myself. That is ridiculous. THAT is bad customer service. The wait shouldn't be this long no matter what time of day it is. The manager of this store is not doing their job, and the owner, who has to know how long a wait it is, apparently doesn't care.
This is the worst ran drive through I've ever been to. I regret every dollar I've spent with them. Prison food service has more charm. Third world families have more stock. The workers hate you for being there. I wouldn't put it passed them to taint your food because they had to make it. Do not go here. You will be gaslighted in some way because the real service here is ruining people's day.
The only Popeyes location worse than the one in Olive Branch is the one in Hornlake. Absolutely the most terrible service you can imagine. Employees are rude and incredibly slow. Lobby still isn’t open even though Covid lock downs are no longer in effect. The drive through line is always backed up to the highway.
Tonight's dinner was disappointing but still decent and customer service was great. They're very sympathetic when it came to being out of mashed potatoes which is my absolute favorite part of Popeyes and if an employee from Popeyes is reading this.... I only have 2: things to say and those are to please bring Cajun rice back and try to be overstocked with the mashed potatoes. It's better to have too much than none at all. Thanks for taking the time to read this message!-Blair Rowe
Honestly one of the slowest fast first restaurants in Olive Branch. I understand Covid slowing things down. But to wait in line for 35 minutes when it's not even a prime food time is ridiculous. On top of that, they are literally out of menu items nearly every time I've been there. Plus the credit card machine is always down as well. The food itself is fine. But the service makes me always think twice.
Terrible experience again. Saturday night at 8 p.m. and they had no menu items but mild chicken. We placed a mobile order and paid for it. We waited for over 25 minutes in the drive-through to find out they couldn't fill the order and then waited another 20 minutes behind 1 car ahead of us at the window before we gave up and left. They charged our card even though we never picked up the order.
This is just a shame. Look at the amount of macaroni I received. I paid for a premium side and received this. TERRIBLE!!!!!!
Terrible and unapologetic! I ordered ahead so that I didn’t have to wait in line. I get there and the doors are locked. So, I park in the curbside pickup parking spot and call them. I tell them that I have a pick up and they tell me that I have to get in line. Got in line and waited 30 minutes all for them to tell me they didn’t have exactly what I ordered. Then when I finally got to the window, I waited an additional 15 minutes while they were all standing around talking. I would suggest going to KFC or Guy’s for your next chicken order.
