This store has been known to mess up orders, make up lies saying they tried calling but you never got a phone call, i placed an order at 6:35pm today and estimated delivery was 7:19pm. It was an order of wings and fries. When 7:45pm came around i decided to call and they told me they tried to call me and they had to cancel the order because their fryers were down. I never received a call. Waited an hour and 10 minutes for them to tell me this. Keep in mind they are closing at 8pm today because it’s the fourth. Do not recommend this place at all. Steer clear and go to a different Pizza Hut.
Placed an order tonight for 2 pizzas and bread sticks. Store canceled the order and never bothered to call and tell me. All the while the order tracker showed my order "in the oven". This is not the first time this store has done this to our order. Truly sad because I do love Pizza Hut pan pizza and breadsticks but this was the last straw.
Came on Friday May 20, 2022. About what you expect of a pizza hut regarding food. That is not the reason for the two stars. They have no paper plates or cups for to go orders which I don't get. They should offer those when people pick up from the drive through because they claim they are not opening the inside due to COVID. Also a terrible excuse as most restaurants are open indoors now, even fast food. We had to eat in the car because we were from out of town and there wasn't much other option in the area we are familiar with. I will definitely drive even 20 minutes away next time.
They got 1 star because I couldn’t give 0. Only option for pick up is to wait in line and do the drive thru. Ordered on mobile app at 4pm for a 6pm pickup. Got to store at 6:03 and had to wait in drive thru line for 30 mins. Finally got to window at 6:30 and where given our receipt but were told they couldn’t find our order followed by laughter from the staff. This is sad because I truly enjoy Pizza Hut pizza but will never ever go back to this location. Oh and I am still waiting for my refund for the food I never got.
I was visiting for a job from out of state and the business stated they closed at 7pm and i called numerous times HOURS in advance at 3, 4, and 5pm after i got off work, everytime i am informed that they are closed. I understand if the business is busy but to sit there and say that they are closed so early is just asinine. I called and informed corporate because apparently, this is a common issue among customers and needs to be addressed. 10/10 dont recommend as you will never get your order through.
If I could give this Pizza Hut 0 stars, I would! Ordered 2 pizzas on the app at 6 and said it was gonna be a 49 wait. Waited the 49 minutes + another 15 minutes in line just to get to the window and have the lady tell us our pizza hadn’t even been started. Then she proceeded to tell us that they closed at 7 so we weren’t getting our pizzas even though we ORDERED AN HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSED! Don’t even waste your time coming to this location, go to the one in Hernando if you want good service.
I live to far out for delivery. Never has been a concern. Out of 15 years of doing business with this establishment I've been disappointed maybe 3-5 times.Like all restaurants they are short handed.
Make sure pizza has taste and a little more cheese will help. The crust was hard and barely warm, the delivery driver brought it to my job, sat it on the floor as if people aren't walking in and out of Walmart all day.
I hate cooked tomatoes, therfore do not like tomato sauce on my pizza! I order every pizza every time with garlic parm and it hasnt happened in a while but today, whoever made my pizza *#[email protected]$ up the very first topping on the list and i didn get my garlic parm. I was mad that there was nowhere in the website for me to relay this. I tried to do this right here when i took my first bite. I was not happy at all with my experience today.
Ordered pizza on my phone app,got to the restaurant and it was closed due to a water leak. They could have called me on the phone and saved my 20 mile drive.
