We sat down waited patiently for over 10-15 minutes for a drink order. Asked for our waiter said it would be a minute. The waiter then took the table behind us order. Then the lady who sat us then went to another table that sat down after us their order. We happily walked out and will not be back.
Very disappointed with location of hacks cross. Steak for hibachi was very tough. Sushi was over cooked. The wait for food was very long. I can understand the wait but for the food quality...no I cannot
Their hours are inaccurate. The website says they close at 9:30 google says 9:00. Tried to call at 8 to place a Togo order and no one answered the phone drive up to the location there is a girl sitting down on her phone and a guy behind the desk. I asked if the number on the website is correct and the girl gets up and says we’re closed now and proceeds to hand me chopsticks with the phone numbers to each location. I am beyond irritated with this location because of lack of professionalism and inaccurate hours and information. She stated they were closed but the door is still open and the open sign still says open to allow people to come in. So apparently they close at 8 and not 9 or 9:30. I won’t be coming back to this location
If I could give them no stars, I would. I have never had a more rude experience in a restaurant in my life. My friends ordered their food, it was disgusting and looked as though it had been sitting in oil and water all day. When they asked if they could send it back and order something else, since they didn't eat more than one bite, the manager told us, "food cost is high, if you don't pay for it, she (pointing at the young waitress) will have to pay for it." I was so shocked at such unethical behavior. I will never eat here again, and I will make sure everyone I know doesn't either.

I’ve called for the last few weeks to place a to go order & can’t EVER get anyone on the phone even though they say their open & the phone rings. Absolutely LOVE the sushi though
Called ahead for 6 and a highchair. That means 2 adults, 4 kids, and a baby. When we arrived at 5 as mentioned on the phone when we called ahead. We were seated right away but we had to go get our own highchair. We were aware of the added gratuity for larger parties. Our waitress immediately tried to count the baby to up the gratuity percentage. However, she did not serve the baby. 40 minutes after arrival with only a few patrons in the restaurant we still did not have drinks and we had to stop the waitress just to order an appetizer. An hour and half later and $166 bill... we were highly unsatisfied and the food was subpar. Osaka is one of our favorite places to eat... this was our 1st time at this location. And will be our last! I'm not paying $15 for kids Habachi chicken for a kid that barely ate half of his meal. We will just stick to the location in Cordova. Period!!
Dumplings were great. I was really excited about the chili shrimp roll, but I didn't taste any chilli sauce, just regular hot sauce which was a little weird on sushi. It was ok, but I won't order it again. Happy hour 4p-7p has a great food selection.
We usually love this place but we won’t be back after our last experience. First the waitress came and refilled our drinks one time never came back except to give us the bill not only is the children pricing ridiculous $15 for a child’s plate ? They have raised the prices as well also added a 15% tip to your bill. I always tip but according to how I’m served so for a family of 4 cost $96.00 I think this is crazy high . So we won’t be back Il go to PF Chang’s from now on .
Great Japanese food, good service, and good prices. The hibachi chefs really put on a show. Everything we ordered, including seafood, was cooked perfectly.
