Ordered To Go for Mother’s Day and pick up experience and Nachos were not good. I parked in the Curbside Pick Up and called number on door. Listened to recording for several minutes and no one ever picked up. Went inside and there was a line from pick up window that wrapped around table were a family was dining. Very awkward setup. My food was in the pick up cage and stood in line another 10 minutes along with door dashers picking up orders. Brought my food home and Sante Fe Talapia, Chicken Tenders, Nachos and Pasta were all cold. My nachos were soggy and the cheese was congealed and I was able to pick a corner and peel the congealed cheese web up in one solid piece. Not good at all. Curbside pick up was not worth it, almost $70 including tip for unsatisfying food. Won’t be doing this again.
Stopped for lunch on April 22nd. We order the loaded baked potato soup as a starter. It was a bowl of orange melted cheese whiz with a sprinkle of bacon. ... no potatoes, no milk or cream, it was inedible. Waitress did not seem interested in returning to our table except to drop off check. Emailed the manager with no response. phoned for manager and was put on hold. Finally reached a manager and she stated she did not work that day so she wouldn't know what happened. Will not eat at this chain again...
Spent nearly 45$ on chicken strips and fries. The chicken strips tasted of fry oil in some bites and my fries weren't crispy at all. Was not worth it and it'll be long time before I give the restaurant another chance. The staff was okay very polite could be slightly more attentive but they were also kinda busy so not her fault.
I was pretty disappointed, considering this was my first time eating food from this restaurant. It may be a while before I order food from this restaurant again.I'm going to split my opinion of my food. The salmon was ok. It had a good seasoning to it. The mashed sweet potatoes were good, but had shin pieces in it that I had to keep spitting out as I ate it. Whomever pealed the potatoes did not do a good job. The broccoli was absolutely overcooked to the point it was mushy. 3/5The chicken tinders were not were good. That had zero taste to then and were very dry. The honey mustard was the only thing that gpr me through to not trash them. You cant really mess up fries. 1/5
*****Update-this restaurant called and the manager went above and beyond to make it right! We will give it another try when we are in town.Pathetic service! Not surprised because every restaurant but one we have visited in Olive Branch, MS has horrific service. We called our order in to this restaurant thinking we’d get better to go service, no!!! Order was not ready at 9:08 like it was supposed to be. At 9:20 we were told the frying machine was broke and our fried pickles couldn’t be made. Our chicken tenders were made though. They asked if we’d like something in its place I suggested shrimp pasta. They said “no that cost way more”. I just said give me anything, I don’t care to get out of there. I don’t trust the food to even eat now.DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
My husband ordered ribs with no sauce. When the food came out, the ribs had sauce on them. You could tell they tried to rub it off. We sent it back, and when the waiter brought the ribs, they still had some type of sauce on them. The waiter took it back, and came and said the cook said it wasn't any sauce on the ribs. We clearly could see the sauce on the ribs. So then the waiter goes to get the manager, and she specifically stated that the ribs had sauce, and that when she cooked them previously. They didn't look like ours did. She then went to the back herself and cooked my husband's ribs to perfection. We do appreciate her acknowledging that we were correct, and fixed our issue. My food was good, but the temperature was kind of cold.
This was my first time there, as this is a new chain to me. It's based in Tennessee and has locations around the region. I like it! Menu had a good variety of all kinds of food and decent drinks. Also I found the prices three very reasonable and the service good.
Didn’t get the chance to eat here… But we walked in at 8:20 PM, knowing that they close at 9 PM. However, customers should always feel welcomed no matter what time it is… The lady asked how many people we had and three of the workers rolled their eyes and acted annoyed. We only had my husband and myself and our two toddlers. We are not from around the area and we were excited to try this place for the first time, but we won’t support people who don’t make us feel welcomed and make us feel like an inconvenience because they want to get off work on time.. Very disappointed.Location: Off Craft-Goodman Rd in MS (in front of the Hilton)
Its been awhile due to covid. I had their salmon with broccoli. I gave it 3 stars. Also had a couple of cocktails that taste like fruit punch. We weren't looking to get sauced but after a couple of rounds you should feel something. JS...atmosphere was good. This one was in Olive Branch. Thank goodness there are others to visit in TN. Lol
Great Customer Service. I love the fact that I get the opportunity to do Market Research for my clients. I am a Travel Agent and I love telling my clients about different restaurants.
