The food arrived "too" quickly. The burgers and chicken breasts are obviously precooked and held at barely warm. The fries were room temperature at best. The staff was pleasant but never refilled our drinks. Customers were moved to different tables after discussion with wait staff and hostess. Tables were not cleared and cleaned in a timely manner. Too many great burger places in the area that top this one to even bother to return. Thanks but no.
All four burgers were not what were ordered. Very disapointing.. we did ask for 3 of them to have substitutions. The food came quickly and they were still good. Wait was not too bad either. I will give them another try sometime.
My burger was great, good crispy fries and they had surprisingly good pasta. Our server, Jasmine was super friendly and attentive.The lunch crowd wasn't bad at all and the food came out fairly quickly.
great experience i have a hamburger wrapped on lettuce, i substitute the fries by salad, very good both ones. I have a good customer experience.
This was my daughter and I first trip to mugshots. Restaurant was clean and we were greeted right away. Server told us this was her first day and she took our drink and appetizer order right away. We ordered the BLT with onion rings and I ordered the Peanut Butter Burger with fries. Food came out fast and all was very good. Server checked on us often and service was excellent. Will definitely be returning. The only other place I have been ableto order a peanut butter burger is The Dip and I was very excited. Burger was seasoned and did not disappoint. I LOVE peanut butter! I’m picky about fries and they were crunchy, well seasoned and very good. Definitely recommend.
Very pleased with my visit. We didn’t have a long wait to sit down.. it was a Friday night as well. The food came out in a very timely manner, appetizers first then the meal shortly after we ate all of our appetizers. The management was on top of everything. I personally saw one manager for to each table to check on them. Our server was amazing. The place was very clean and the food was amazing!!! We will definitely be back.
Was familiar with Mugshots having dined at the Hattiesburg location many times. This new location functions well and the food is of the same high caliber. There were some menu differences, but I have never ordered a burger from any Mugshots that wasn't great. The Olive Branch location gets my reccomendation!
The food was burnt, and not very good, the service was good, which is why I'll give it 2 stars. It was filthy. By the time we drove from here to Horn Lake, we were sick and it was very bad sick from the food we ate. It'll be a while before we try it again, if we ever try it again.
This was the first time going there and the food was good and our server was exceptional. We will definitely be back
The macaroni and cheese burger is so tasty and filling - You have to quarter it! Plenty of leftovers! Their sweet potato fries are more soft than crispy, but still taste great with some comeback sauce! Friendly staff and very short wait time on a Tues at lunch. Pleased with our visit and will be returning soon! So glad Mugshots has planted their roots in Olive Branch!
