Workers didn't know what we ordered, gave us 3 wrong orders. They claim they couldn't find our order then wanted to see our receipt as proof. Have yet to receive refund.Training shouldn't be done at busiest time. I say that, because they didn't what was going on.
Avoid!!! Especially mobile orders. They’ll make you wait 20 mins at the curbside and then serve you cold food when you finally get it.This happened not once but twice and the second time i declined to pickup, i was still charged. Called the number displayed on door. Left 3 voicemails including a follow-up for a refund, yet even for a courtesy never called back.
Large sign says open 24 hours and hours here on google says open 24 hours and confirmed 4 weeks ago but when I went at 4:14 am the staff stated that they were closed.. probably why it shows it’s not busy on google… because they are refusing service and staying that they are closed. Plan on contacting corporate..because that false advertising since they have a large sign in the window saying open 24 hours.
Stopped in for coffee before we got on the road for Atlanta. It was about 1am. The woman was actually very nice. I was pleasantly surprised because going here during the late afternoon/early evening can raise your blood pressure the staff are rude. The coffee is rarely fresh during those times. Hopefully she's new and this is a sign that they're forcing staff to improve.
Worst in olive branch. You will wait an hour every time even if u come in. It's pathetic. If you can't keep employees and ur always short staff, pay the people a livable wage then you'll have workers. This should be shut down it's so bad.
Long line @drive thru, 30 min wait, and food was barely warm
Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru just for them to tell me they were only serving nuggets and fries, this has happened at least 3 times
I'm unsure if this location is understaffed or overworked. I placed an order through door dash for over $50 and received a partial order. The items that were recieved were either to old to eat/enjoy or incorrect. So after talking with the dasher and door dash I went ahead and ordered the missing meal becuase this was suppose to be a lunch for my kids since they were all done with their school work. I was expecting 2 big macs, 2 med fries, 20 nuggets. I recieved fries and a big mac.Now at this point I'm convinced that the person making these orders is incompetent to be working there becuase how do you consistently essentially up an order.Out of both the orders place only 1 order was made correctly. I tried calling that location and of course no one answered the phone. But I will be calling their corporate office becuase it was like there was no effort in making the orders correctly.
??I guess they need more employees.. I sat in the line for 30 minutes and the line never moved...? I decided to leave and just go to the one in Southaven instead... Good thing I did the food came out so fresh..?
Have stopped at this location at several different times in the early morning to only be told sorry our system is down but yet you have a line of cars waiting at the pick-up window. By far the worst McDonald's around.
