Customer Service is horrible! This place is a joke. 2 Male Employees (Red Shirt & Blue Shirt) walked out between parked cars into the busy parking lot without looking & luckily we saw them. We were able to stop in well enough distance. Once we got the Drive - Thru to place our order they explicitly said “We were told not to serve you because you almost hit our employee.” We informed them of what happened & they still refused. Management did not even come to speak & find out what happened. They have to worry about us eating at this establishment. Sad thing is that we had a toddler in the car who just wanted some fries.

Instead of letting people in they have this place closed to the public at 7am. Only drive through is open. That's terrible. All because they don't want to clean the dining area. Some lady asked one of the drive through customers to buy them their coffee. Because she was driving a semi and couldn't place an order. Not a good place to come. Very sad

Ordered 2 sweet teas and got 32 cents back from a 5$. I tried to get help at the 2nd window for it where I picked up my sweet tea but she didn't seem to know anything and shut the window on me. Decided to repeatedly attempt to call, to no avail, to at least point out what happened. She didn't have a total for me, no receipts. It's only a dollar loss for me but let that add up over an entire shift.

The service at this store is absolutely horrible. It took me 10 minutes of standing at the counter and saying excuse me to every single person that walked past me and got ignored my food was old and I had to have it remade the staff started to scream at each other in the middle of the kitchen where the entire store could here them. Even remade my food was still not fresh. This was not just my experience either it was another customer and I who were trying to get attention of any body not a single lid or straw in sight in the lobby every single customer was having an issue and there was only one girl who Im assuming was a new hire who was actually helpful and tried to help us the best she could.

My Filet o fish meal was good. But the wait time was super ridiculous!!! The person at the register was the cashier,made the food,took the food to dining area and outside for pick up!!! While people were in line waiting!!! It was awful!!! You can't get too mad because they just didn't have the help.. which seems to be pretty common these days. But the manager threw in two apple pies for the wait which I gave to my two great nieces!!!

Customer service was EXTREMELY RUDE at this location! The Asian lady and other male worker had an attitude because I tried to double check that my order was correct because the person prior that took my order told me I had medium coke. I then get to the second window they tell me it’s a small coke. She then slams the window in my face after I asked for her name. Just horrible customer service, will never come to this location again.

Sunday arrived at 12 noon since the drive thru was full I decided to go inside. After noticing only a few people thought I would get out after a little wait . I was very impressed that they had a young lady in a wheelchair working the cash register said wow that awesome seeing some in wheelchair working and McDonald’s give that person the opportunity. I was informed after waiting 15 minutes they were only serving the drive thru if I wanted to order us the kiosk, which was out off line . I left and serval others also. I’m a manager at my company and can say the Manager on duty has very poor customer service. I drove do the McDonald’s on Getwell off Goodman they have Great service and never had a problem getting my food in a timely manner. Thanks

The line wasn't too long and the wait wasn't bad. The food was hot and fresh. It is the best restaurant in olive branch. The prices are not bad. The employees were nice.

I arrived at this location at about 10:35 ordered my food sat in line for 15 minutes and when we got our food it was cold. When I called to tell them that, I was told to bring it back, and they would make it fresh. I thought that was the reason I sat in line for 15 minutes. I also called the headquarters in Memphis and still nothing. $27 down the drain.

Loved every second of my meal.. Thanks to the crew working here. Positive attitudes and beautiful smiles?.. Great customer service and the food definitely didn't disappoint..!!?✅✅✅
