This is by far the absolute worse McAllister's I've ever been in. Twice I've gone back to try their Spud Max Potato. Food is just thrown together like a McDonalds drive thru. Service sucks and the place is dirty.The same young lady is always there taking your order at the register and she ruins the whole visit every time. She wears eyelashes so long, they almost reach her eyebrows. She carries an attitude that she just doesn't want to be there and wants you to go away. I have to keep asking her what she said. Because she doesn't speak clearly and way too fast.
Today was my second time to order through uber eats from this location. Two months ago I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and got a salad with ranch dressing!!! Today I ordered a plain butter spud and soup after dental surgery. The potato was dry and cold and chunky...not hot fresh as expected. And not enough butter for half of the spud. My drink was missing both times. After reheating the soup I could eat that part.
I don't know what has happened to this place but it takes forever to receive the food. Also today when I was there waiting to get my togo order I watched one of the employees eat at the window where the orders come out. First of all I know very well eating near the line is a big no no (well I hope it is there) I know it's not sanitary especially if all employees are suppose to have their hands clean while handling others food.. also the same girl I had asked if my order was there she turns and asks the chef in the back and never got back with me and I had to ask her again which in return I got a dirty look like I was disturbing her while she was eating.... I'm not very impressed with this place anymore....
Got to this location at 1:30p 3/21/22 to place an order bcus online orders were down and no one answers the phone. Stood in a very long line for about 15-20+ min. Finally placed my order at 1:55p to go. Only a small potato and a half sandwich. I practically ordered the same thing a couple that ordered in front of me but they dined in. Waited about 30-40 min before i even said anything bcus i noticed everyone that ordered dine in were getting their food a lot faster. More so like 10 min tops after ordering while to go guest are waiting longer. I asked 2 associates of dine in had priority. No explanation. No apology. One associate said that they have a large cater order of 200 items. I don’t care about none of that bcus the couple that placed tho order for dine in had got their food , ate and left out the whole time i was waiting. For 2 simple small items. I asked for the manager but was rejected bcus “she was busy”. They was pushing them dine in orders out so fast. And i almost forgot to mention that the restaurant smelled so so sour. Like disgusting sour. The only reason i placed a to go order. I wasted over an hour of my time for a darn potato. Smdh. Better believe i am contacting corp and yes i am going to be very loud with it
Went to this location for dinner. Ordered 4 meals and an appetizer. Our food comes out, and the appetizer is not with what they bring out, two sides are missing from 2 of the meals, claiming they are out of them, and then tell us they are out of spuds, so my husbands meal is not able to be completed at all. And the girl leaves it at that with nothing further than “you can speak to my manager”!!!!! My husband had to go back and wait in line for them to give us a refund for the items they did not bring out. They threw around looks and little bit of an attitude and didn’t seem to understand how they completely mishandled the situation and why we were so frustrated. If you cannot complete a customer’s order, it it’s entirety, you let the customer know so they can decide if they want to make a replacement, or substitution, or decide to go elsewhere. We most definitely would have gone elsewhere!

Unbelievable In there at 2pm, today. There is no line and the person taking our order suddenly runs out saying something about medication. The other person on the front asked someone working in the kitchen prep area to come take our order. That person flat refused. I have no idea why the other person working the counter couldn’t take our order. The whole thing was ridiculous to watch unfold. I have never seen such a lack of teamwork in a place of business. If you go to McAlister’s, I hope someone will at least take your order.
I placed an online order which I generally do at this location pretty often. My pickup time was supposed to be 2:38p. Due to some icy spots near my home I got there at 3:00p and sent my son inside to pickup the order. The order wasn't ready yet so he waited for it(which wasn't a big issue). Once my son made it to the car I inspected my order(full chef salad). I noticed that there wasn't really any meat on the salad so I sent my son back in to make them aware that there wasn't but a sprinkle of meat and ask them to buy the additional meat. They told my son"there is meat on the salad and we can't ring you up for additional meat". My son came back to the car and made me aware so I called in and the young lady stated that she would have to ask her manager. Four minutes went by and they came back to say that they'd have to find my ticket and charge for the meat. Mind you I had requested this in the first place. These people gave me a half of a dressing container of meat but charged me $5.50 which is half of the price of the salad itself. I usually don't have issues with this location but the last 2 times they have been horrible.. Last time they gave me a box of rotten salad mix and now they don't want to give me the meat that goes on the salad .
Waited an hour for a pickup order. Staff was fighting amongst themselves. I was handed an empty cup with the flavor syrup (peach) for my sweet tea and told to fill it up and swirl it myself.
My husband entered into this location today January 13,2022 @ 12:05p.m. on his lunch break. I was literally of the phone with him an entire hour before he got our food @ 1p.m. He spent his entire lunch break waiting on food for us. Something has to be done. The manager,I am.assuming did not try to address the situation or offer an apology for taking so long with the food.
