We use to frequent this location all the time. The first few times it was absolutely delicious. Now, they cannot seem to follow instructions and they just make your pizza how they want to. The pizza looked like it had been sitting for hours and we had just picked it up from Marco’s. We asked for double pizza sauce in our order, but we got no sauce at all. Instead, we got huge globs of cheese piled on top of the pepperoni. There was so much cheese, the pepperoni was hardly even visible. They have not been following the instructions on our order for the past 3 times we’ve visited. We also bought a drink, which was dirty when the girl handed it out the window. Today is July 3rd and the drink we ordered is outdated on July 4th. The next day. The crust is hard and the pizza overall was just disgusting. Use to love this location, but not anymore.

With the economy such as it is, it seems the only pleasure still available is eating at our favorite restaurants. Today's visit was anything but pleasurable. When a couple spends $35, on 2 medium pizza, I don't think it's to much to ask for the company or persons representing the company be at least a little courteous. The young lady who identified herself as a manager, was on her cell phone throughout the visit, except for the brief moment she declined a request which had been fulfilled numerous times before. The order taker was a reflection of the manager. The cook disregarded the specifics of the order, making it incorrectly. Upon exiting, I voiced my disappointment to the order taker and front manager. I told her she must have gotten her position through attrition, everyone else left and she was the only choice left. She asked what I hoped to gain by saying that to her. I told her, I'm hoping by saying that that something click's in her head, that when she is up front dealing with people, it's all about customer service. What I should have said is, this business chose her to represent them and act in their best interest to grow the business and build a return clientele. The bright side to the visit, was, I met a very talented, capable general manager, who would be an asset to any company or corporation. I expressed my disappointment with the service while at the store and again when I called from home after realizing the mistake to the pizza. It is unfair to this Marco's to get this negative review, when there have been dozens of visits that would easily be rated a 5 star. As stated to the General manager, I hope this is not going to be the standard going forward. We will have to wait and see. Please return to the service I have had in the past.

I called to place a order around 8pm and I was left on hold for 15 mins. I called back a second time and they stated that they don’t deliver to my zip code, which is incorrect. I asked to speak with a manager and was also placed on hold for an additional 10 mins. I decided to try for the very last time and soon as someone picked up I stayed that I wasn’t going to hold any longer and the worker stated “ I mean we busy” very rude and unprofessional.

Really good food! Pizza and cheesy bread are awesome, but in my opinion their subs (specifically the steak & cheese) is phenomenal!!! Customer service was excellent as well! Since the pandemic, a lot of food places close much earlier and the service goes way downhill within an hour before closing. Not Marco's!! The employee working the drive-thru was so polite, helpful, and accommodating even though it was late and about 30 mins before they closed. I will most definitely be a regular customer from here on out.

On 3/11 we ordered from another pizza franchise and let's just say it never arrived after waiting almost 3 hours, but this Marcos location is fantastic. In the middle of a snow storm Marcos delivered a hot delicious pizza ON TIME!!!!!

This store has had quality control problems since at least 2020, possibly earlier. Over the last 2 years, I've been ordering from this store less and less often because they simply can't get orders right the first time, and sometimes not the second. Yesterday I didn't get the dipping sauce I paid for and the pizza itself was disgusting. I spit out the first bite and threw the rest away. The dough didn't rise at all in the oven, so that means it was underproofed. I've given this store more than enough chances over the last 2 years. I'm not giving any more. Other Marco's stores are better than this, but if I drive to another city just for pizza, I'll get something fancier than Marco's. This store REALLY sucks.

First time ordering will NEVER again ordered 3 pizzas got 2 no sauce hardly any meat I called to let them kw and all they said was we'll credit your card back and hung up never again will they get my business

I didn’t even get what I order in the 1st place. They have also changed their portions for their sandwiches. I ordered a Steak sandwich and it literally had no meat. I didn’t even want to eat it because it was all bread. I called and the manager said they were losing money and had to go to portion control. Ok, I understand but don’t rip off the customers. I will not be back. To many other pizza/sub shops in OB. With better food and service!!
