Let me start that this store is great, and this review is for the delivery service they use. Never AGAIN… we ordered #LittleCeasars cause that #HotNReady was sounding good. Decided to do delivery through the app. Well, they use #DoorDash to make the delivery. So I am patiently waiting, and tracking our order. I got an email from #LittleCeasars stating our order was ready for pickup. Uploading the tracker from #DoorDash and it showed the driver “at the store”. So I waited 5 minutes or so, before refreshing the tracker. And when I did, it popped up “Order Canceled”. ? Excuse me what? Now this is after 45 minutes of waiting. I immediately call #LittleCeasars thinking they cancelled our delivery, because of laziness. Well to my surprise, the manager I spoke with was very understanding at me being upset. She proceeded to tell me, she personally handed our order to the #DoorDash driver. She then apologized for this incident and that there have been issues with #DoorDash drivers getting the food and then canceling the order to basically “steal the food.” Appalled, I called #DoorDash immediately. The customer service agent was very nice and understanding of our frustration. She did state the driver “cancelled” the order because #littleCeasars would not release the order to the driver. I informed her, I had spoken with the manager who stated she had given my order to the driver HERSELF. Now here we are, waited over an hour and getting a refund. But what I am beyond upset about, is this #DoorDash driver who practically STOLE our food. I had 3 kids (and a husband) waiting on this. I sincerely hope this action gets this driver FIRED. Alright, end of rant. But I’m a tired, hungry and pissed off mama. #LittleCeasars #DoorDash #WasNotHotNReady

Worst service I've EVER GOTTEN! My husband came in and ordered a large THIN CRUST PIZZA,and a large classic Italian Sausage, and crazy bread...... The people didn't even get my order right and now won't answer the phone!!!! Never will go to this one again!
Slow was told each time I came in 3 times and order still wasn't ready. Girl at front kept saying a mask is required so I took pictures of employees preparing food not wearing mask.They never put my order in the pick up kiosk.Instead I had to ask where is my order after several more minutes a officer arrived I guess because they wasted their time because I kept coming in without a mask. Finally got my order. Horrible service will never spend another dime there.and I do have pictures of the employees with no mask
Ordered online. Pizza was not ready. I was told i had to wear a mask even though the employees were not wearing them. I have pictures of them not wearing them. When i got my pizza it was cold. I will not waste my money on bad service, cold food, and different rules for employees.
I was disappointed to be told I had to wear a mask to order from a person behind plexiglass who was also not wearing a mask….
This location is horrible. Every time I go here they are out of hot n ready pizza.
