Everything we ask for they didn't have. The big bags they have you use to do half burger half chick's they don't do that anymore. One single chick was 2.19 I know prices have gone up but thats ridiculous. We got 12 burgers and 4 chick's and it was 22.62. That is crazy!!! I wondered why dining area was closed. I know now can't afford to eat there!!
Me and my family came here on 3/27/2022 around 1pm and ordered three meals. We waited in line for 20+ min to get our food and when we got home, we all started to eat and the first bite of my sandwich was very off, it was stringy or something in there. Upon looking further into it turned out to be a long hair from one of the employees working there. I called the store and was told to bring it back and they were going to refund me. We threw our food away and I put my burger in the bag and headed back up there. Their line was still long so I called to see if anybody would allow me to come into the lobby to settle this and I was told I had to wait in the drive threw in order to get helped because of the lobby being closed. So I waited in the line again for another 20-25min. At this point I already have over a hour of my time invested into this venture. As I approached the drive threw window I handed them my receipt and Bag and was told I will only receive refund for the one sandwich that was contaminated with hair. My family was disgusted and we threw away the rest of the food and brought back what was wrong with the entire order and only got a quarter of a refund, wasted time money and having to go buy a whole other lunch for my family. Very unprofessional staff, I am very dissatisfied with this place and it will be the last time my family ever thinks to eat here again.
extremely slow. seemed to only have one person working when there were plenty of cars in the lot. didn’t get the fries i ordered.
Food was great,service was incredibly slow and we were first in line.Took 30 mins to get 16 cheese crystals and a couple if chicken sandwich sandwiches
Burgers were steamed to perfection and seasoned well with cheese perfectly melted

Stopped by because the wife wanted it. They were out of half the menu so I placed a simple order 24 cheese Krystal combo with 3 extra fries. She said it's going to be a wait I said that's fine. She then asked again if I was sure I wanted to wait as if trying to talk me out of it. Got to the window and paid the wait was not terrible but she rang it up for no cheese and when I checked it after leaving they shorted me a fry. Will drive to southaven location next time.
Service was Awesome!! Young lady at the window was great. Food was not bad either. Compared to a visit from 2 months ago Great turn around!!
grits was crunchy no margarine eggs wasnt fresh and didnt receive my drink you can get that all for 10 dollars lol..wasnt happy with me meal
One of my go-to places for a good lunch. I'm not deterred when I see three or four cars in the Drive-Thru or more because you know when you get to the window your food is going to be hot off the grill that's how crystals come and the service here is always good. Of course nothing compares to that Krystal smell !
