Traveling and staying at a nearby hotel. Ordered a chicken pot pie meal in the drive-thru. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait and asked if I wanted to wait. When I said yes, the speaker went silent. Just silent. A couple of minutes later, someone (sounded like the same girl) asked me if she could take my order. I told her I had ordered the chicken pot pie and needed to give her my drink order. She said, "You want a chicken pot pie?" When I told her yes, she told me it would be a 20 minute wait. I told her I'd wait. Then she suddenly couldn't hear me on the speaker (although I could hear her just fine). She never asked me to pull forward so she could finish my order. It was just dead air like before. I was the only car in line, and, at this point, it felt like I was being played because they didn't want to cook the chicken pot pie. I waited a couple more minutes, and no one came back to the speaker so I drove off. Looking at the Google reviews here, I'm glad I did because apparently their food is about as good as their customer service. Don't waste your time going here.
I would like to say the workers here are very deceitful ..for instance they are telling people the lobby is closed and drive thru is open and the lobby doors are open and no signs up ..so what it appears they are doing is swiping cards on the lobby register so the owner doesnt realize they are telling people the lobby is closed ..when i wemt in originally ahe "the manager says the lobby is closed due to being short handed..so i go thru the drive thru when i go back in (the unlocked lobby with no closed signs) because they forgot something, now there is four employees standing there doing nothing after i watched them tell 3 other visitors the same thing while waiting on my food however those visitors drove off without ordering so lost buisness for the owner smh you cant find good and honest help -LETS DO BETTER
Drive thru was very fast! Food was very good. Staff was good.
Waited in drive thru line 25 minutes, finally got to the window and paid for the meal and was asked to pull up to the door where I waited for another 30 minutes only for 2 different workers to come out and ask me what I ordered. I mean almost an hour for some drive thru chicken, I believe the Colonel is rolling over in his grave at what all his hard work has become, what a shame, 82 years later, the same recipe, same concept, just not the same people! Awe full, never will I come here again
Experience on 3/5/22 at 4pm. Though they appeared to be well staffed, the order taker and I had some issues trying to get my simple order of the 8 piece family meal ordered. When I received the order, I took a quick glance to ensure I got everything I ordered. When I got home and unpacked it all, we did get 8 pcs of chicken which consisted of 4 thighs and 4 legs. What a friggin ripoff. Not worth driving the 25 min back to complain. I’d do a review on KFC, but no receipt was provided.
When one specifies extra crispy mild ..DO NOT give them hot and spicy chicken. I paid over 30 dollars and live 30 min away . I get home and discover Hot and Spicy chicken....come on...im feeding little ones who can't eat that. I'm so done with y'all getting orders wrong!
This is by far the worst customer service in the whole State of MS. The food here taste the same as the employees attitude, (nasty).
this place is not practicing safe customer service telling me to go into drive thru ON FOOT to place a order. this practice is not safe it would only take 1 person in a car in drive thru not paying attention to hit me and then I would have a wrongful injury lawsuit on my hands against this location. I am a truck driver. my truck will not fit in the drive thru
12/30 The friendliest KFC I’ve been to in Memphis. The staff here are QUALITY. Not just FRIENDLY, but the workers have amazing work ethic. If your food is taking a while, it’s not the workers, it’s the Uber orders from the repeat business. Shout out to Mr. Jack, he made my experience memorable and enjoyable. Thank you guys, keep up the good work!
Was good one time... had to wait for chicken on 3 times... over 20 minutes
