Waited 20 minutes for a cheese steak for my wife. When it finally arrived the bread was hard as the table. She asked them to just make her an Italian instead and it was like no one knew what to do. Needless to say she walked out hungry and no refund. 2 coupons for a free regular. Headed to Jimmy John's so she she can eat and won't ever be back. 2nd time in a row service was awful.
Sandwiches were great but you better get there before 845.. 846 they said they were closed.. sandwiches were great the next night when I was able to get them.. wouldn't have been a big deal that they were closed a little early the first night except that I drove 40 min specifically for a sandwich and they aren't suppose to close til 9
The staff was very friendly my sandwich was very delicious the only Reason they did not get you five stars is that you fixed the sandwich on your countertops and the countertops look kind of nasty anytime you fix food you should always make sure the countertop is sanitized and very clean and never sit stuff up On the countertop but food and not boxes and other items always put customers and there safety first..
I had a philly cheese steak. It was so greasy & tasteless I could not eat it.I usually enjoy a meal at Jersey Mike's. This was a rare exception but somebody needs a little more training.
Jersey mikes was my favorite place to eat until recently. I can’t take listening to attitudey girls scream at people or complain about their job while making my sandwich. The turkey also has stunk recently. Like don’t sit there and complain about how gross something is in the meat fridge in front of a customer. Don’t complain about your bladder issues to another worker in front of a customer. Don’t start an argument with coworkers while im trying to tell you want I want on my sandwich. The men working in there are nice and funny. Those females need someone to whip them into shape. Not all of them, just some and im sure you know who.
Food was awesome, staff worked fast and friendly. A little dirty on table tops, nothing too bad. Music was on the loud side, the staff had trouble hearing our orders over the music. All in all a nice meal for the family during our travels.
Food good...Fresh and hot...Employees with long hair definitely should start wearing a hair net. One hair in the sub and you'll never live it down.

Very slow! The workers are slow and never seem to know what to do and have no sense of urgency. The manager does a good job of running everything. The service is ridiculous and always takes over 20 mins for me to place my order.
Great subs. They offer great points system works towards free sandwiches quick than most sub shops.
