This place is very well run with polite employees and managers...they go out of their way to make you happy. The burgers are well cooked and excellent tasting. I would give more than 5 stars if I could due to good attitude and service. WELL DONE ONE YOUR SERVICE JACKS FAMILY RESTAURANT EMPLOYEES
We’ve been twice in the past couple of weeks. Service the same both times, as expected. Both times the food was as good as any Jack’s, aside from one in Henderson, TN, which has the best double gravy biscuit because they put a little more sausage than other locations.The place was clean and looked different than other Jack’s restaurants I’m used to seeing. It has a southern theme along with the place.The workers seemed friendly and busy. I’ll never know why there are so many negative reviews of a mostly teenage staff. It’s a fast food restaurant. Not sure what people expect. Seems fairly normal to have some shenanigans in this or any other fast food.
So Normally i wouldn't post a review unless it was good, but this is my 3rd incident and i am upset. My family enjoys the food. It's the lack of accountability and the attitude i just got from one of your associates that seals the deal. I have ordered from the app and 2 out of 3 tines my order was messed up and i contacted/left messages on the website. No one has called to rectify or refund my missing order/s. Today, i went through the drive thru at Hackscross and ordered. They were out of chicken so i ordered chicken sandwiches. I get to the window the lady asked if i had all the grilled chicken sandwiches and i clarified it was 1 grilled and 2 regular.I paid and git my order. I pulled up to make sure i had everything and my greenbeans were not in the bags. So i get out with the receipt to go and let them know. One lady said here she is for her green beans. The lady that handed me my food turned looked at me like i just insulted her whole being and said she got her green beans. I said no ma'am i didn't. The other lady said something along the lines as thats what another employee was saying we left off her green beans. She picks up the bowl and reluctantly hands it to me. I told her thank you and walked out. Now i was not rude, accusatory, or just wanting something free. I paid for the item my young son wanted and i expect not to be given an attitude when something needs to be fixed. I find the lack of customer service and accountability very disappointing and will not be back to that location or Jacks since there is not another location near me. Even though my family likes the food, we will find another establishment to eat at when we want chicken.
Look this is my second time eating here and I must say they did not disappoint. I ordered the deluxe breakfast and I'm sure whoever cooked for the Lasy Supper was in that kitchen. The biscuit was so fluffy and buttery I almost went back and ordered a dozen.
They poured the whole salt box on my fries and the lettuce and a tomato must came out the freezer because my burger eas cold through the wrapper and when I opened it my meat was cold as well disappointed. I had hoped that it would taste good as we had eaten there the day before! I guess you win some then you loose some....
My wife and I had some errands to run and decided to grab a simple plain chicken sandwich to tide us over until dinner later. Well that was a mistake as all we have accomplished since eating the sandwich is us both running to the bathroom and finally having to abort our mission and come home sick…. We almost pulled out of the drive through looking at the horrific nasty mess outside the propped open back door. Wish we had trusted our instincts. The receipt has no phone number or manager name and now we see why and they don’t answer the phone. Only warning to notify them that something is obviously wrong but this is this only source I could find….
The WORST the night shift that worked December 5, 2021 needs to be fired. The employees were playing and left half of my order out the bag. When I went back in to get it they forgot about me again because they were on social media so I was just standing there. The chicken taste like it had been seasoned with cigarettes. The chicken taste just like cigarettes. It was the WORST service I have had in a long time.
I just went to Jacks tonight and ordered chicken tenders the tenders looked like they have been fried in old grease n they were hard n dried up.. I called to inform them n the young lady had an attitude with me n told me that they don’t fry their chicken tenders n old grease like I was lying. I was furious so I talk to the supervisor n explain it to him n I also didn’t get my biscuits I ordered or my bowl of fries. I’m sorry but you all need to hire so more staff with better attitudes n good customer service.. The manager did tell me they will redo my order I just don’t like how I had to go through all this after I spent my money even my 4yr old knew she wouldn’t eat those tenders.. The service is ridiculous I hate to say it but hiring teens with attitudes will make you all lose business.
I waited in the drive through for 40 min... I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and instead for 3 tenders on a bun. This place is brand new, how did it go downhill so fast.
As previously stated, the chicken looked and tasted like it was cooked in burn oil. The chicken is usually very good and crispy. The fries were good.
