The place is always lively and crowded, one of the most visited iHops, I received fast service and my food was correct, I think they need just a little more staff to balance out the rush but the people working there now are doing an amazing job.I just got through eating and the food was bomb AF, my hashes were slightly toasted and even they was ?appreciate it staff
Pretty slow, though we came in around midnight. A cook noticed us hanging around the host stand and sat us himself after we had been waiting for a long time. There was an open koolaid container on the counter along with a half empty pitcher of it, and thats when I knew to lower my expectations lol. Honestly we were just grateful to get food at somewhere open past 12am. The food was okay and very hot, the server was nice, the wait was long but I’ve waited longer for worse. Overall, if you’re looking for somewhere open late in the Memphis suburbs this is your place
Went here for Easter. My family and I just beat the morning rush, so waiting for a table was about maybe 15 minutes. Our server Chris was amazing. He memorized all of our orders down to the T. I asked for my bacon and sausage well done and it was just perfect. Food was hot, and delicious. He was very polite and checked on us . I had a great experience here. Thanks to the cooks and server.
Drove over because I live close enough for it to be faster than figuring out the app. Arrived at 06:15 to find two folks waiting on to go orders, four tables filled, and one waitress working the front, and one cook listening to ESPN. Waited about 10 minutes while she got caught up, then was able to order my to go. Another customer mentioned to me that they had actually closed the night before because there was no staff to run the place. Everything else was top notch IHOP, so don't blame the staff! This is a total case of poor management. Please give the waitress some slack and a bigger tip like I did
Fat shamed my sister and hurt her feelings. She shamed her for wanting fries and hash browns. Incredibly unacceptable. This store was horrible from the start there was people waiting for around 40 minutes. People were finally seated after many complaints. She has fat shamed us and we are skinny and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. Extremely inappropriate.
The sweetest sisters were working the night shift when we showed up with a party of 9. We waited 15 minutes for a table and had a wonderful time. These sisters took care of our table very well along with the others in the restaurant. My pancakes were amazing even though they were out of the Carmel sauce. We had a fun time at our favorite local ihop!
This review has nothing to do with my waitress, Amy. The food was cooked great as well.The cleanliness here made me want avoid all IHOP locations. No exaggeration necessary.The waters were the first to come out, and both glasses were dirty. Something was floating in one. The utensils were also dirty, and one set still had gunk on it. My plate had a hair on it, and the restrooms before leaving were disgusting. I walked in and walked out.Wouldn't recommend even for a potty break. ?
I got 2 Orders of Strawberry crème Crepes since I’m recovering from wisdom surgery & when husband came back home I thought it was a joke it almost look like a version of kids meal it was so little. I’m really upset also when he got there they told him sorry bc they forgot to cook my order so he had to wait again ? worst service ever they basically stold our money!!! My hand to compared size
Have not been to an IHOP in forever! It was great! Service was wonderful, food was yummy and as busy as it was, we were served really quickly! A good experience!
Food is always great,no matter the time of day we can always get wherever we're craving, pancakes with scrambled eggs whites, French toast & grilled chicken,Burger with fries,an egg white omelet or a salad.My family loves IHOP!
