I tried the freddy's in southhaven one time and it wasn't my favorite. I decided to give it a try in olive branch. I only can get the veggie burger add onions of course. I also had some onion rings with it. I did enjoy the onion rings, though the veggie burger is just not to my liking. I will say the staff was friendly and cleaned well. I broke my non dairy diet today and tried a mini vanilla shake, for I wasn't feeling my best today. I think it is ok for what it is, just not for me.
Normally I wait a few times before giving a review, but everyone was so nice and friendly when we went last week that I decided we will come try the frozen custard later.The burgers were hot when brought to us. Those fries are great, and they sent so much even I couldn’t finish them all. That shows they’ve listened to past reviews here and adapted. The bathroom was pretty clean for late lunch hour. An overall nice place to eat in a good area.
Great smash-burgers and stunningly delicious french fries with a unique seasoning. Placed a order an hour before closing and received hot, fresh food. Young, courteous and professional staff are really setting an example for other restaurants. Vanilla malt shake was on point. Cheers
I love getting the chicken strips here, always so good. Don't forget the spicy fry sauce. The girl working drive thru was a bit too distracted with everything going on and wasn't exactly friendly. Besides that, the food was tasty.
This location used to be good but today was not it at all. The food was cold, the service was blah, and it wasn't complete. My Chophouse burger had no mushrooms and it was busting through the cardboard holder. It also looked like someone took a bite out of the bun. I asked for malts and I know I got just ice cream in a cup and I asked her if these were malts and she said they were. They were out of American cheese so I opted for cheddar but all I see is maybe Colby shredded cheese on the burger. Overall it was bad. I won't be going back.
Literally the worst service I've ever had. Employee Marquis just stared at me blankly after I repeated my order multiple times repeating "oh im sorry... what was that". I couldnt tell if he was high or just negligent. After our meal we ordered ice cream, which I also had to repeat the order 3 times. After waiting about 10 minutes, we were told they were out of vanilla ice cream. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING. Vomit in the men's toilet, overflowing sinks and trash cans and bad attitudes all around.
Unfortunately for our first visit, the restaurant was not very clean and most of the workers couldn't have cared less. When I approached the counter needing something, no one even acknowledged me. My single patty was so thin I could see thru it. One young lady had a horrible attitude, very flippant. Sad. Even if they are short staffed, I don't know that they were, her attitude was horrible. You can still be polite.
I would love to give more stars because the food is good but the quality of service today is not so much. I ordered 3 meals and 3 ice creams. They dropped one of my ice creams and when I repeated what it was they still made the sundae a shake. They then left a whole container of cookie dough in my actual shake. Like the plastic and all. When I went to call no answer after 3 tries. I just wanted a manager to know what is going on but apparently I have to go public. Hope they can do better.
I'll start with what I love. Thier fries are great, crispy, hot, and good seasoning. They also have really good frozen treats. Thr oreo cookie sandwich was reasonably priced and pretty good. On to the mediocre. The sandwiches are average, some times they can surprise you but for thr most part, just a burger. The size of the fry with your combo is small. Get a bigger cup. Fast food joint might be leery of make things too giant with our overweight and over consuming society, but give me more fries. That's your strong point. Lastly, prices are a big high for what you get. Increase the fry size, consistanly deliver a fresh hot burger and I'd visit more than every 3 months.
?The young people working there were amazing - they treated us with respect, took care of our giant group, had great attitudes when we asked for this n that. Respect. Wow! Really appreciate that ?
