The food was good but I don't like that this establishment charges their customers a fee to use a debit or credit card. That's a cost of doing business which should be written off on your taxes, instead of passing it on to the customer. I asked the cashier why I was charged a fee "she said the register was set up that way". No maam you had it programmed that way to charge the fee." You can just as easy unprogram it. Customers can't seem to catch a break in this economy.
Excellent food & service!Update: we returned again after Covid has settled down between variants. The food is always so incredibly good! My son even asked to go there before leaving for college. Highly recommended.
While passing through town and looking for Mexican food I found this restaurant with good reviews but was a little skeptical with it being attached to a gas station. Very glad we stopped. This was the best and most authentic Mexican food I’ve had at any restaurant. We ate here two nights in a row while we were in town and will stop here anytime we pass through.
I've been in the area for a year now and tried multiple Mexican restaurants multiple times and nothing compares to what these guys are doing!!! It was simply phenomenal, I mean, Yodalys was a wonderful server and brought out a few extra treats for me to try...(It being my first visit) and the food was beyond amazing!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Mexican food!!! Yodalys told me "This is how we make it at home"... so immediately I said " Can I come to y'alls house?!! "... It was wonderful, truly wonderful!!! ?❤??

Chips were thin & crunchy, perfect flavor, with the chilled, fresh-tasting salsa. Shrimp tacos had tender, flavorful shrimp. Enjoyed the Hispanic music, multiple rooster statuettes, & friendly wait staff.
We had the al pastor tacos, asada torta and the Carnitas plate. They were so so tasty. This was my first time going there and I definitely will going be back. The young lady at the cash register was very very sweet and polite and answered all my questions. Really really love the al pastor tacos. Please go check out this local business.
