Canceled my order and the manager wouldn’t even get on the phone to explain why. My order said delivered for 15 minutes but no food ever showed up…. I called the store and they told me my order will be there in 10 minutes then I get an email saying my order was canceled…. Customer service is horrible. The teenagers don’t know how to handle issues and the manager can’t even respond want to talk through children….. unprofessional. I never had this problem with Domino’s before and they never had to call me for an order before.
Every time we order from the Olive Brach location our food is delivered fresh and fast. The service is consistently excellent, we get our food in record time. Within 20 minutes after ordering food is at our door. Thank you for providing this level of service because its rare.
In two different tripsFirst time they forgot to put the chicken on the pizza and then burned the replacement.Next time I went ordered online before I went and got confirmation it was ready. Had to wait 20 min for a remake. No time left on lunch to eat. Thanks dominoes of olive branch.
This location looks like a fairly new store, nice building, very clean inside.I noticed the employees all had on masks. The store was clean as well as the kitchen area. I ordered a specialty large, the crust is always the best, I got plenty of vegetables that were fresh. I was tearing into it before I knew it wheni got home. Best pizza I had in olive branch!
I made an order for CONTACTLESS delivery from Domino's OB tonight and placed the order at 11:18 PM on 3/22/2022.The app on my phone froze after they took it out of the oven to "make sure that it was perfect." I gave them a call at 12:06 AM to make sure that the pizza was on the way, and they assured me that it was but was going to be about another 45 minute wait.12:55 AM - still no pizza. I give them another call to check on the order, and the very nice woman tells me that it will be another 15 minutes and the driver will deliver. No problem.Remember this is a contactless delivery. There is no interaction with customer in these types of deliveries and in most cases the delivery person sets the food on the door step.1:30 AM - No pizza. I call back to speak with a manager and immediately the (nice woman I had spoke to previously) manager picks up and tells me that the driver just arrived back to the store and attempted to call the phone number on the order 4 times, but since there was no answer, she came back to the store.This is completely unacceptable and now I am left without anything to eat, which is the main reason I was even willing to be as patient as I was throughout the whole thing. I understand it is busy, and I understand it is late.Contactless deliveries are exactly that. They are contactless. You do not have to speak to me in order to deliver the food to my address. Do better, Domino's.When asked if there could be any compensation for the trouble tonight (e.g. bringing me my pizza, which the driver just got back to your store with) I was offered a free order of BREADSTICKS. That is insulting!!I definitely won't be ordering again any time soon and I will be letting all of my friends and family know about my experience here tonight.STILL HUNGRY.
?Newer shop. Decent service, clean, nice looking on outside and pizza is predictable - no scary weird food surprises from a dependable US chain ? Hiring!

Delivery::::We order Dominos all the time, I've Never received a pizza in this condition. The protocol for delivery instructions was not followed. The pizza was on the ground of my porch...instead of the chair. From the looks of it it was either the ride or it was dropped how are we to tell the difference?Online service:::: Website functioned properly, ordering made easy... promotion's visible. Pieces fair.Food quality::: Pizza was hot, and it was also cooked to proper temperature and browned edgesIngredients and taste well we didn't eat this one but the other one was fine.
WARNING, DO NOT GET DELIVERY. YOUR PIZZA WILL SIT OUT FOR OVER AN HOUR BEFORE ITS DELIVERED.Yall need to take delivery away. Yall don't have enough drivers. Or yall don't need to pump out so many pizzas, when yall only have 1-2 drivers.Yall wonder why you can't get anyone to work for yall? Placed an order tonight and drove to pick up the pizza at the estimated time it would be finished. When I got there it was backed up, line of people, and tickets printing to the floor. Waited like 5 mins paid for my pizza and said i'd be back in 10 mins. From the time I got there to the time I left even though they were super busy the entire crew had the best attitudes, they didnt rush the pizzas and they had smiles on their faces even though I could tell it was a rough night. I got my order after about an hour from the time i placed it but the customer service was great. Shout out to whoever the guy was playing music on his phone to keep the spirits high and the young lady upfront handling the customers with a smile.
