Went to this location this afternoon. Ordered four piece chicken box,asked if toast came with it. Speaker said yes. Get to window, asked if I was getting the toast, young black man at window said yes. Get home open box, guess what no toast. This has happened last three or four times I have ordered this same thing, they leave out the toast. I'm paying eight bucks for a box with four tenders, French fries and dip. If I'm paying to get toast then I want it. what is the deal here??? Think I will stop going here. Another rip off with clueless workers.
If I could give no stars, I definitely would! Waited in the drive-thru line for at least 15 minutes before making it to the speaker to place my order. Whomever was working drive-thru at 8:44 pm on May 1st needs to be in the back or better yet, a job not dealing with the public. After such a long wait and stating my order, we were rudely told that there aren't any fries..Ok fine. But when I started asking about the other sides, I was rudely cut off! Leading with that information and/or a sign would be helpful and a better attitude would've gone a long way. Find better employees!

This was my first visit to this location. I waited almost 15 minutes in the drive through at the speaker box. The lady didn't respond until after the 4th time I said something and then kept me holding over the speaker while she was apparently wrestling with it, considering all the noise. I left never placing my order. I will not be returning until someone capable is working drive through. Thank you for wasting my lunch hour!
Waited in the drive through way too long. Got a simple 4 chicken strip meal and it took almost 20 mins in the drive through. Never told me the total till I was at the window and I think more than $10 for this is not right. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and hungry so I took the loss. Should have read the reviews ?
We've stopped here twice about a week apart because they're located next to our hotel on our way to and from our road-trip vacation. They are always out of everything, especially ice cream somehow?? We'd rate them 0 stars if possible.
Dairy Queen in Olive Branch has become an absolute joke. I had to repeat my order 4 times, I get to the drive up window and it's still wong. The hot fudge is burnt, the peanut butter sauce was watered down. Dairy Queen is no longer worth waiting my time.
Bacon Cheeseburger had one tiny piece of bacon in it. It was so unorganized, I felt sorry for the cashier who was doing his best effort. Wasn't worth 15 bucks.

?Service was very good! Our treats were good! ?Floor was so slick everyone was afraid to walk on the floor! Excepting the floor, though it looked very clean, it needed something of a deeper clean or different solvent or cleaner to get the slick film off of it, ⭐️overall the shop looked and felt clean!⭐️?
