My bill was almost $100 tonight. My wife noticed a 15% tip was automatically included. Hopefully it is posted somewhere in the establishment, especially on the menu, but we didn’t see it. It’s probably a “Covid” protocol from last year for pickup orders that they just never suspended, because most people don’t notice, including myself. Hopefully that’s not the case. Crazy Cactus is a nice lil nook for good food and drinks in the heart of OB, but they need to make it “non-shady” with the hidden tip. They know what they are doing unfortunately, because it is making them dinero. I tip up to 50% sometimes based on many aspects of service, but if a shady 15% tip is added to my tab for a table of 3 without my knowledge, I’m not giving anything extra.
Terrible service. Way overpriced — paid $80 for two entrees, chips, guacamole and a drink. Food came out watery, like soup, and kinda cold, despite having ordered fajitas. I’ve never had watery(?!) fajitas…

We ate lunch as a family of 5 and had the worst service! Our food was cold, our waiter did not come and check on us once, then to add insult to injury they added the 15% gratuity even though there were not 6 people. We don’t eat out very often, but I guarantee we will not be going back to Crazy Cactus when we do decide to eat out again. Subpar service, food, and overall experience.
Went to Crazy Cactus last night and when they brought our check, a 15 % gratuity charge had been added and there were only two of us. Then we found out the gratuity for a group went up from 15% to 18% per check. We usually tip 20 or 25% but since they decided to add it automatically we didn’t tip them an additional amount. This is not right!
So i asked for grilled chicken and french fries no sides thats it $16.97. add a drink at 2.99 throw in tax and that is one Ridiculously overpriced meal. i asked the waitress if $17 was really correct and she confirmed thats what they charge. unbelievable. However they have good chips and salsa which is good for an extra star

A little pricey but expected during pandemic. Our waiter didn't write down our order, we had a party of 5. He remembered everything perfectly. The food was awesome as well. My granddaughter was so pleased she went to sleep at the table??? Great experience and the restaurant was clean.
First timer here. I ordered the shrimp cocktail and my husband ordered the steak quesadilla. We both really enjoyed our food and drinks. The margarita was really good. Just the way I like it. I was scared to go, thought it would be to Americanized. The waitress there, sadly I didn't get her name but she was a petite Hispanic lady and she was amazing. We will definitely be back. Way to go
