Ate at Corky's on our way through Memphis on a road trip. Meant to stop in Memphis proper, but the restaurant we stopped at was remodeling their dining room, so we ended up outside the city at this Mississippi restaurant of the same brand. Our family began with BBQ Nachos, so delicious! So filling! We were all feeling like we could have been done eating by the time we finished the Nachos and rolls. But then our lunch came! Wow! Great food! Hubby and son got pulled pork sandwiches. Daughter and I split a half rack of ribs with baked beans and Hush Puppies. All the food was incredibly delicious, though son didn't care for the BBQ Sauce. However, he's picky for Dad's homemade sauce and tends to lean more towards KC BBQ as a general rule. Those were just his personal preferences though, all food was wonderful! The meat was falling off the bones of our ribs! We left full and in complete food comas! I'd recommend Corky's to anyone, and recommend you go with a big appetite and time for a nap afterwards!

I am very disappointed. I ordered a beef brisket dinner. Unfortunately the beef brisket is unseasoned and severely overcooked. If I didn't drive so far and wait so long, I would take it back. I most definitely will never be back.

Anytime you go to a barbecue joint pay premium prices you expect premium food and this met expectations. The sauce was legit. We had the pulled pork, sliced brisket and some sides. The mac and cheese was really good. We also had the peach cobbler and it was okay, I like a little less crust mixed in with mine. It appears to be a locally owned business which I prefer.

Corky's seems to be consistent with really good service at most locations that I've been too. The food has been consistently good at all locations as well.

Came in months back with my mother while they were tending to a huge party. There were only a couple of servers working because it was around 2:00pm when we showed up. Our server was busy, but kept coming to check in us often.I always get their BBQ potato. It tastes the same as what we had working at another Corky’s in Jackson, TN. That kind of consistency is hard to find. Always good food with a nice atmosphere.

I have 3 stars solely based on the taste of the food. The food was horrible. I ordered ribs and they were not good, nor was the coleslaw or potatoes salad. The dessert was great. The most enjoyable part of the experience was our server and the staff too, they were great. Showed great customer service and southern hospitality.

Came back for lunch with our son from Minnesota today. Lunch good as always.

Be Wary!!! Pay close attention to your bill. Some dishonest shenanigans are going on at this place. The meal was $22.99 on the menu with a $3.99 upcharge for catfish addition. When I got the bill, it said the meal was 31.99 plus a tea and tax. When I asked the waitress why , she took the bill and tried to say it was because of the catfish addition. So I did the math for her. She takes the ticket to the register which I'm expecting her to come back with and adjusted amount. She comes back to say that everything is correct. My company was paying for the meal and I needed to get back to work so I didn't feel like arguing the point. Bottom line is that there is something shady going on here.

Nice atmosphere and good service. The hush puppies, sausage, bread, and green beans were good. The ribs were good not great. They were a bit on the dry side, and that’s not a result of a dry rub.

I just received an order from Uber. The bbq nachos where not good at all. I have never been served what looks like old stell food. Also, order the family pack for 4. The meat was stell and dried up. No bbq sauce at all, not even on the side like always. This is the 1st time i have received food like this for here. I hope this is not going to be an ongoing issue.
