The service is very quick! Mirrah was so nice when taking our order and at the window. Our order was also correct, which can sometimes be rare in fast food. We ordered two trays of chicken strips because we thought they’d be small, but these strips are HUGE! Awesome location with friendly people!
The last 4 visit has been just horrible. Ask for extra grilled onions an got them raw and enough of them for 5 five cheeseburger. That meat patty thin than a sheet of paper. Ph number wrong so can't call. Want be going back.
Overall not a bad experience. We went late at night basically midnight so the line for ordering was long. The staff was friendly and our food was hot and served correctly. They could improve on their speaker that they use for taking orders.
Customer service is always good here. Speedy service, my order is always accurate. The only thing I don’t like is the yellow jacket “wasp” at the drive thru when you are ordering. It makes me terrified to roll my window down. This is no fault to the employees or restaurant. I’m suggesting maybe spraying them to keep them away….
Very fast drive-thru. Orders are always complete, correct, and cheap. Great variety on the menu. The employees are always friendly no matter how busy they get.
I pulled up to the drive through. Being my first time at this franchise/restaurant I am unfamiliar with the food/menu. Woman on the intercom gave me about 3 seconds to order. I tried asking a question and she talked over me. I just drove off before ordering.
I like this place for the most part, but I feel like they can be a little more generous with the filling in the quesadillas. Other than that the food is pretty good so far.
I normally have fast and friendly service here but today I had extremely rude staff over charge me. This was after they said they would fix it and I don’t typically do review but I was so taken back at the rude and awful service I received. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want rude staff to overcharge you and curse at you when you only asked that they charge you for a tray instead of charging everything individually.
It’s fine if your in a car you can use the drive through but if your a truck driver your out of luck doors are locked and you can’t order they are still stuck on this Covid thing
I don't see why people complain I thought it was good food coming from a fast food spot and I'll eat there again the bacon burger Cajun fries and milkshake was great
