Our first time in, it won’t be the last.Absolutely wonderful time, and definitely top class steaks.Our server Zoe was happy to help with recommendations, starting us off on the right foot for sure, helping especially with side selection for best impact.The spicy ranch with the cheese fries was easily the best ranch I’ve had in any grade of restaurant, and the cheese fries themselves were wonderfully layered with ingredients.The ribeyes were tender and juicy, falling apart at a light tug with a marvelous flavor.Definitely returning soon!
Nice restaurant. We were seated quickly. Very good service. Colton's offers a full menu including some nice salads, a few seafood options, chicken served several different ways and a full compliments of steak and ribs. The price was fair, the meal was good and we really enjoyed the visit. It is certainly on my list of restaurants to visit when I return to the area.
I was very upset about our experience here. We put our name in waited about (15 min which is fine ). It was 7:45 pm ok we got seated at 8 pm was seated we sat there about 10 mins before some one got to us. We ordered it took over a. Hour to get our food .. my steak came out first it was raw and I did not get my salad. My daughter and her husband food came about 10 mins later missing food from our order! And over cooked burger and steak . We asked several times for refills (no luck). I asked for manger that took even longer .. kids wanted to pay that took about another 15 mins to get our server to get us the bill and a manger it is now 9:45 . The waitress apologized and stated oh we’re shortstaffed you know people don’t want to work, I understand that but she was not doing her job and I over heard the other tables around me missing food from their orders , because our server is nowhere to be found, other people are bringing out her food to her tables! she seem like a very nice lady she’s very talkative and very forgetful and wants to blame everything on the fact that they’re understaffed in the kitchen !! But also it’s her job to look after her tables and make sure that we’re satisfied until our food comes which she failed to do !!! I would not ever eat here again !!!
Very courteous and professional staff, great service, excellent food! The rolls are really good texture, softness, and flavor. Mozzarella sticks are packed full of mozzarella and fried to perfection. Steak was prepared perfectly, salads were excellent, and everything was overall great! Will definitely be back and would recommend.We were there late afternoon during the week and it wasn't too busy but just enough to hear and see how staff interacted with customers and each other. Very clean. Nice decor, great overall experience.
My partner and I decided to have dinner here after looking at their online menu. The food sounded so appetizing and the atmosphere seemed like it'd be nice kinda like Texas roadhouse in a way. When we got there the hostess couldn't figure out where to seat us and that's not her fault but it was definitely a weird start, after we were seated our server took our order without writing anything down and then proceeded to come back seconds later to retake our orders and write them down on some scrap paper. Maybe he was stressed or something so we tried to be understanding of it. We noticed people coming in after us getting table bread and we hadn't been given any of the sort so I thought that was weird. We got mozzarella sticks and they were pretty good but the marinara they gave was weirdly chunky. Upon receiving our food we realized that our orders got mixed up and our steaks were cooked to each other's liking instead of our own which I could understand I suppose considering but one was a 9 oz (asked for medium rare) and the other a 6 oz (asked for medium well). And then they proceed to not bring my partner her salad after eating the majority of her food she was able to get the waiter and ask about it and her brought it out no problem so I don't understand why there was a delay in the first place. Overall the food was just very lacking; the steaks were okay but not for the price, my green beans were very underdone, and my baked potato tasted dirty. I wouldn't recommend coming here considering we paid almost 50 dollars on food that wasn't even good and I don't care to visit again.
I ordered the chopped steak and it was so good seasoned perfectly. My husband ordered the chicken fried chicken from what I saw on his plate no crumbs at all lol he said it was very tender he didn't have to use a knife. I would definitely suggest eating here and the service was great. Enjoy cause we definitely did
I love their fried green beans! They come with a very interesting almost spicy/ranch kind of sauce that is really good and compliments them well. Steak was seasoned well and cooked to perfection. Bartender makes a mean margarita! Will definitely be coming here often!
I went to Colton's a few years back. The cooks did a good job! The steaks and baked potatoes were tasty and served hot! However, my experience wasn't as good as before? The steak was mediocre. Not bad but not good! My loaded potato looked like it been rotting beneath the sun. Shriveled up and cold! One bite and I put it aside. Didn't care to order another one. I have noticed that a lot of fast food chains and restaurants start out with good food. I speculate that the cooks are not up to par and not trained and supervised!
Came for a birthday dinner at 5:30. p.m.. The waitress took our order at 6:00p.m. We did not get our food until 7:30p.m. This was my first and last time eating here! I will not recommend this location to anyone. I did not see anyone at our table get water or beverages refilled! Food took so long to come out we got carry outs!
Pleasant experience from walking into the restaurant until the food coming to our table. My wife had fried pickles, Texas sized cheese sticks, Mesquite Salmon, with loaded baked potato served with raspberry chipotle sauce. I had Golden Fried Shrimp, fried orka and Boneless Honey Barbecue wing's with Honey Dijon sauce & Raspberry Vinerette dressing
