Terrible. Never has Chick-fil-A disappointed so much. Their catering remote “call center” is atrocious. Have called 3 different times to place the same catering order and cannot get it completed due to terrible customer service on the “catering extension”. Tried to get in touch with manager at Getwell location, but they don’t answer the phone there, and no voicemail set up at manager extension, so left a message with hiring manager, who STILL HAS NOT RETURNED CALL. Finally just called Olive Branch, and the manager could not have been any ruder. So disappointed in Chick-fil-A.
The employees were very friendly, even though they were busy. I ordered the breakfast burrito with chicken combo meal and an extra burrito. My wife got the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit combo meal. The food was delicious. As we were eating, one of the employees stopped by our table and checked on us and made sure we didn't need anything else. I can not say enough about how friendly the employees were. Great experience!
As always Chic fil A never disappoints. Fantastic service.. poor employees getting wet even under the shelter due to the blowing rain, But still professional, courteous, friendly and got our order correct !! They are awesome. I wish more fast food restaurants would be like them and especially how they bring your food out instead of tossing it out the window. If ever in the area again.. we will be back
We had such a wonderful time here today for lunch with our family! The service and attention our small boys were given was incredible! Such a nice dine in experience for us for the first time inside a Chick fil a since 2020. Thank you for taking such good care of my family!
You can't go wrong with Chick fil a, even when the line is long, you will be in and out in no time. If you are not using their app you are missing out on some great perks.I think it's very uplifting when the employees tell me to have a Blessed day.
Love this location! They have so many great personalities there it makes my day. Always nice and if there is ever a problem it gets resolved smoothly & fast! I’m a retired chick fil a employee lol and this location makes me proud.Sincerely, a forever happy customer.
I've tried this place 5 times in my entire life THEY SUCK EVERY TIME so over rated. The staff is better than the food. Horrible and menu is so limited especially during the morning got good coffee though
I wanted to take a moment to give a shoutout to the young lady who took our order and payment in the line this morning. Reesha (hope I am spelling that correctly). Her customer service was above and beyond and she really just made us smile. Her upbeat personality and happy face were a blessing and a joy to us after a rather rough start to our morning. I made a call to the manager on duty once we got home just to let him know how pleasant she made our drive-thru experience today. As a manager in the customer service industry myself, this is the exact type of service and personality I strive for in my own team.To Reesha: young lady, please realize how far you can go in business and life by maintaining the exemplary people skills you demonstrated today. Please do something about a your sodas!! They are horrible they are either lacking the sweetness or the carbonation… I know your restaurant is busy so check that drink machine every hour please !!
It’s the fact that this “Supposed” to be this so called perfect FASTfood restaurant for me. I did a mobile app order, did curbside and waited 30 minutes, get out my car to go in and see what’s taken so long, the Manager said “I don’t know what happened to your order” didn’t get no apology or nothing.
