I’d been craving Burger King French toast sticks and finally decided to go get them. I pull up to the drive through and a woman tells me its lunch time and to go ahead with my order. On the screens are breakfast options so I ask what they were serving for lunch and she replies “the regular”… I thought it was quite frankly unprofessional and probably will drive them out of business. As someone who hasn’t been to burger king in years, I have no idea what “the regular” is.
They had plenty of people but they didn't want me to come in side to order. They Were rude about letting me in.
Ordered the fish sandwich, asked for it to be dropped fresh. Sandwich was cold, fries also. Took it back in they remade it only for it to still not be fresh. I'm done with BK. I haven't had a good experience there in a while. I want to not give it any stars. Employees were playing as well.
I love this Burger King. It's the best one around the area. My food is always hot and fresh. The staff is also always friendly even though they are busy!!! Highly Recommend
Hacks cross location is the absolute worst BK I’ve ever been too. Every single time I go they have a terrible attitude so ratchet ghetto and cussing .Tuesday morning at 9:30 please fire every employee
I thought I made a simple order of one spicy chicken sandwich (No mayo) two of the Dollar whoppers, a 4 pack of the jalapeño bites and two small onion rings. Got only 2 jalapeño bites, two chicken sandwiches both with mayo. I did have them remake one because otherwise my husband wouldn’t have food. They never offered me a receipt when they did with others. I don’t know but it’s disappointing when the last time there was such good service!!
To say I'm not happy would be a understatement. I ordered 2 Italian chicken sandwiches a large onion ring and coke. They didn't have large containers for the onion rings so they just took them off my order and gave me 2 large cokes. Now I'm being told they don't have the correct bread for my sandwiches. Needless to say I have been sitting here for 30 minutes with nothing more than 2 drinks and a bad attitude
I have visited this location in the past and the service and food was awful Last week I decided to go and try it again And when I can tell the difference the Manager Angela B was on top of her job!!! The Service was awesome The Food was Hot and fresh. Great Job!!!
Burger King has good burgers, only problem they give cold food including fries. Their workers are not that friendly. Their breakfast biscuit sandwiches are so good and less expensive then McDonald's.
olive branch, ms. the lady at the window was rude and didn't even greet me, just rambled the price. i ordereda whopper with 3 ingredients on it, simple right. i got 2 whoppers neither of which i ordered, burger king you gave yourself a second chance and still couldn't do it. plus both burgers and the few fries were old and cold.
