Went inside to dine 7/6 after 9pm. Was searching for a clean table and the waitress said the back section is closed. Only the front and bar is open. I informed her that everything in the front is dirty. She then said well you can sit at the bar. I told her if I wanted to sit at the bar then I would’ve went to the bar. With an Attitude she walks off rolling her eyes and mumbling under her breath. She didn’t try to help us locate a table to be cleaned or anything. I notified another worker and she was just as rude. I then requested the manager and he told him about the situation. He acted unbothered, so we left and I will not be retuning.
Everyone's food came out at different times. Our son waited for 15mins to get sauce for his tenders & by then they were cold. My husband ordered a beer & it came after we were done with our food. They were not busy.
The wings are generally consistently good here (not old and not dry) but the bartenders consistently steal my points. Whenever I scan my receipt to claim my points, they have already been claimed. The only way I can get my points is to order through the app or order at the takeout counter. (I’ve never dined in and sat at a regular table).
I got a to go order. The wrap was okay(not quite wrapped right and made a mess as a ate it, but still tasted decent). Fries were old and gross(like, really bad). Hopefully, it will be better next time to give a better review.Edit for the owner:I never ask for anything free. Just want good food when I spend my money on it. I'll be back. The wings nice size great taste
Wings was dry with hardly any sauce. It's like they have been setting out and then microwaved.They put the wings in a box and poured a little sauce over the top. Left out my order of potatoes. Why is it every time I get wings from this location it's messed up. Is this a reflection of the manger and owner that don't care?
Great food, cheese curds and fries were good! I got nashville hot wings, they were good but they weren’t as hot as i expected, so i recommend getting something hotter if you like hot. only trouble we had was getting napkins but overall was a great experience.
If I could give this place a negative star I would. This place sucks. Every time we have went there the food has been either cold, wrong, or something missing. I recently order a 15pc wing with fries. (Took over an hour for them to cook it) The fries where hot but the wings where very cold. So I took it back inside. They said that they where “cooking it fresh” they gave me back the same food that I handed them. It wasn’t even looked at. Still in the same orientation I gave them and also colder than the first time. This place needs to be shut down.
Our server was Houston,.new young man. However there was 2 female waitresses who was very ugly to him. They would snatch tickets and talked nasty and was short to him right in front of us. We were a large party of 7 adults and 3 young kids. Houston had two large tables to take care that night. Several of us have waited tables before and it’s not easy on a Saturday night ! Food was great as always
We were seated almost immediately with a party of 6. Waited 5 to 10 minutes before drink orders were taken. Our waitress apologized and said it was due to a staffing shortage. We ordered 3 appetizers as well as our dinners. The appetizers came out hot and freshly prepared. I ordered 15 boneless wings with mixed sauces. They were brought with a minimal amount of sauce, and tasted as if they had been warmed in a microwave with hard breading. If staffing is an issue and understandably it could be right now, better organization would help. This is too good a restaurant to fall behind. Get it together and get back in the game. Just for the record, this isn't going to stop us from returning to eat here again.
