Rude! I asked for lemon and was given vanilla ice cream. How do you not know your ice creams? You weren't even busy.
Pulled up at 8:47 on Tuesday evening. Watched a non employee walk to the door and lock it as we were getting out of our vehicles. Big group, couple have been a big order. The employees began picking up all the ice cream tubs and intentionally failed to make eye contact while we knocked. The non-employee would look over and look back intentionally ignoring us. .. sign clearly says closes at 10pm... I guess you close a business whenever you feel like it nowadays. I'll learn to keep lowering my expectations, but I won't be back.
Placed a Door Dash order. The entire ice cream order was wrong and the milk shake was missing. I called the store and they didn’t care saying they were out of the pre pack of ice cream. They should’ve contacted Door Dash and have them contact me. But instead they gave me 3 scoops of different flavors of ice cream. Never again!
Said store was closed at 10. I showed up at 9:02 and they served their friends and told me they were closed. Rudest experience of my life. Would give zero stars if I could
I come here a lot spend good money with them daily and leave tips. On 12/20 I go in for my usual order, pay, and leave. By time I make it to my destination and take a bite I noticed my cup dirty. So I’m not that far I place lid back on take it inside and politely ask for a refund. I honestly should be upset considering I was given a dirty cup that obviously fell on the floor full of germs and not rinsed or anything. Anyways she asked the reason for refund I told her the cup dirty she looked at it like it was nothing like I was being extra for not wanting ice cream and a dirty cup. Let’s just say she was not happy at all about having to give me a refund. She was upset and had a attitude she didn’t apologize or nothing. She obviously refunded me but her attitude towards the situation was terrible. I thanked her and left. She didn’t say nothing outside of why but her face and demeanor said it all. I’m not sure of her name but she’s the Indian lady that’s normally there doing the day. Never experienced this behavior from this location actually was one of my favorite stores but I guess having to refund me, having to throw cup and 2 small scoops of ice cream out hurt their pockets/upset her. Can’t be that cheap when it comes to cleanliness and good customer service. That was just plain nasty and laziness next time atleast clean the cup. I don’t want to be ill cause you trying to save a cup. Pics uploaded if closely observed you can see dirt around edge of cup as if it was dropped upside down.
Staff doesn't know how to make teas and milkshakes as advertised. Needs to get it together.

Good customer service milkshake had good taste just too much milk. It was almost like drinking nothing but milk with the favor I chose. So basically like cookie n creme milk. Had no texture of shake/ice cream.
This place is pretty good.
