This is the first time I've eaten there in awhile and I was very disappointed. The bun was cold the meat was tough even fries were greasy. So I wouldn't recommend it but thats my opinion and I know everybody has one.
Over 30 minutes in line with 4 cars in front of me. Not a place for a lunch break or if you don't have an hour to wait. I tried ordering online but it gave me a message about not being able to at the moment. The burgers were dry and horrible. Sad
If your idea of a pleasant evening is waiting 25 minutes after you pay at the drive thru window for a grilled chicken sandwich, then by all means , this is your place,
We were traveling, and visited Backyard Burgers along the way. I entered the lobby, and stood waiting for a very long time before being noticed. A young lady approached the counter, and was obviously perturbed by my presence. I asked her if the dining room was open for use, because these days it uncertain depending on the establishment. The young lady scowled at me once again and nodded yes. The atmosphere was awful! There was paint peeling from the walls, the dining room was being used as a storeroom. The bathrooms were atrocious, and hadn't been cleaned in perhaps all of 2022. Back at the counter, the waiting continued....when the young lady finally decides to take our order, she is inaudible....I can literally hear the music from her ear buds cleare than she is speaking. Finally I understand"What you want?" is what comes out. No manners, no politeness, just the perturbed scowl. We should have turned and left at this point. The food turned out to be ok, but the total experience was extremely disappointing.
Great place to get a burger. They are very good. But a little high on cost.
After years of eating byb, I now remember why it has been years. Small burger at a high price. Was also given ketchup packets that were sticky...everyone of them. Sprite had a weird taste and burger barely warm. Guess there is a reason I never see anyone in the line. Lesson learned. It was a last resort anyways. %100 mediocre food and a high price and only 1 person working.
Always one of my go to places, people are nice at the window. They double check the orders which pretty much anywhere else they wouldn't even if you paid them to.

I really love Back Yard Burgers, the burgers are thick and have the best grilled taste. Not at all like McDonald's fake beef. I also love the blackened chicken sandwich and cook those at home also..
