Food was decent, waiters were not very attentive. Appetizer came out after main dish.They sat us by the bar, and it was awful. There was a woman screaming and talking very inappropriately, all while my children were there. Probably won't be back at this location. The entire Applebee's brand really has gone down. It's disappointing.
The service was okay, it could have been better. Also, the lady with the lazy eye, i can’t think of her name was caught doing fraud. She charged me more than the receipt shown & tried to get away with it. She was adding extra items on my tab that i did not get at all. We gave her a $5 tip in cash which honestly was out of my heart because like i said she didn’t deserve that, but it was my birthday and I was feeling generous only to be charged for an extra tip on our credit card when i gave her cash. So i called the restaurant the next business morning and told the GM Sharanda about it and she took care of the issue. So please watch your credit cards because they are trying to pull a fast one over our eyes. And honestly if she did us like that, i can only imagine who else she’s done like that as well. I guess she didn’t like the $5 tip. But whatever i give you outside this bill, is literally a tip. So whether it was $2 or $5, she had no right to charge my card anything extra.
I don't like giving bad reviews, but there were NO impossible burgers as listed on the menu. Our food was ok. Service was mediocre. Our waitress seemed like she was having a bad day before we got there. We won't be back to that one. We'll try the other one another day.
This place is awful!! Do not waste your time here. After traveling 11 hours we thought we’d stop a a nice restaurant for a meal. We were taken to a booth that the seats were full of trash and food and we ask to move to another booth. The second booth was dirtier than the first. The bathroom had no toilet paper and no soap on the dispenser. The floors were filthy throughout the restaurant. The health department should visit this place…Disgusting!! Needless to say we went elsewhere.
If it was a way to leave 5 negative stars I would!!! On last night I stopped in at this restaurant and walking in I noticed the restaurant looked like a windstorm had come through on the inside. We were seated at a table were all around us was paper, dirty dishes left over food etc., We thought that maybe they had a large party and it just hadn't been cleaned yet. We decided to move to the bar area. After about 30 minutes I notice no one trying to clean up all the mess that was everywhere! People were coming in waiting on their call in orders and staff would just walk all around them not even asking if they could help them. Look like everyone was trying to avoid working!!! I just started observing and what I saw was ridiculous!!! It would take all day to express what all I observed. Brenda the bartender was trying her best to handle things and it seem like she was in it by herself!!!!! She was very apologetic and still maintaining her cool in this train wreck!! Be careful eating at this place....food poisoning is real!!!! This location need to be closed, remodeled and start over or move all together!!!
No bartender. Asked for 8 ounce steak was brought out what looked to be a dried piece of meat. Ordered lime chicken the chicken was decent but the sides were horrible. Then ordered a Blondie to go. Got home poured what I thought was cream cheese over the brownie turns out it was ranch dressing. ????
My first time to an Applebees and I was pleasantly surprised. The food quality was good, the staff was super fun, and it was very affordable for a little date night with my lady. 100% will come back again soon.
This was the nastiest place I have ever been, all tables were full of trash and dishes, stood up front before anyone helped us to a table, all staff were walking around talking laughing, took 10 min to get someone to come take our drink order! Must be no managers! Just rediculous!! Would not come back
Terrible place. Hardly anyone in the restaurant at 730pm but took several minutes to get seated and even longer before someone took our order. The table we were seated at was dark. The lightbulb was burned out and the booth next to us didn't even have a light. Food taste was acceptable and our waitress was pleasant. Music too loud and table too dark. Will not go back.
Our Bourbon Street Steaks were awesome and cooked to perfection. Brenda was our waitress/bartender and she did an excellent job. We will return soon.
