Just can't give it a 5. In Texas, the Whataburger restaurants are way better than here. My biggest problem with them right now is the pricing. It does not warrant the quality of food that is served. I can eat at many local restaurants, get great take out service or eat in and pay about the same price. Maybe just a little bit more, which I would rather do so I can support the local businesses in my community. For a fast food restaurant, they are just too expensive.

Love this whataburger location!!! The staff is very helpful and quick to get our food out every time I go here. I love the whataburger Dr. Pepper shake and get it every time it is one of my favorite shakes to date. My biggest complaint and I am upset by this every visit is that they removed the buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich and until they return it my visits feel unfulfilled.

To start with, if there was less than a star, i would have definitely given it to this place. I was trying redeem my free sandwich that clearly said no purchase necessary, the clerk on the other hand had another thing to say, he tried to charge me for a whole meal, and didn't even listen to me. I am very dissatisfied.
We had a long wait for our food. I had my burger remade because it was cold, the remake on it took forever & could have been better-bread wasn't freshly toasted & cheeses not melted. It was disappointing for Whataburger & I usually love it!
I was thinking maybe Taco Bell was the only place that didn’t check food before sending it out but I was wrong. I didn’t get my fries that I ordered. How hard is it to simply check the orders before they are sent out?
The food is real good and I go there often but the last three times I went inside there were many employees and no-one to take my order.so I just sat down and waited for the person I was meeting. They use to be top notch but have changed in the last several months.
My family used to love What-a-burger but for the past 2 or 3 years we have been unable to get food that is hot. Whether you dine in or get it to go the burgers are cold, the cheese looks like it's fake. It is horrible. They have great coca cola and the French fries are good if you eat them within the first 6 minutes. The one in Ocean Springs is notorious for this but D'Iberville isn't any better.
Beats all the other burger places by a mile. Good service and clean facility. This will be our first choice hamburger joint from now on.
