Lady at the register kept yawning, frowning. 3 orders before me and mine had to be corrected by the young lady who was filling orders. I asked her a question about the kids meal…she replied what? She was very slow and rude. 1:15 on April 18th.
Good Wendy's but the sign says dining room open but it was not. Drive thru was fast and food was hot except the breakfast potatoes which were not.
Ordered a single .. To go order inside...... And was very disappointed it was precooked... Very dry and cold .. The staff was pleasant... Restroom Was not clean ...
I went thru the drive thru to purchase lunch for me a friend , I ordered a chicken sandwich combo, and a bacon type burger, with two unsweet teas, when we arrived to our location 3 miles from Wendy's to eat, will realized we got the wrong order, two chicken salads and a cheese burger and 3 fries, wondering whom got our order, was definitely to late to return to Wendy's, great job to your over paid employees .
I had a good experience. Fast service, in drive thru and out under 6 minutes and that was with 3 cars ahead of me. Food was hot and fresh and prepared correctly. I got the 4 for $4 with Jr. Bacon cheeseburger, add onion tanglers(their fried onions..if you havent tried this do it NOW!!), honey mustard and Coke to drink. Everything was in bag including sauce and napkins. No ketchup, but I don't use so if you do you may have to ask. Cashier at 1st window and lady who handed my food at 2nd window both nice and friendly and actually looked at me versus just throwing the bag out playing on their phone like some places ?.
This location is definitely one of the faster more efficient ones it gets you in and out and still maintain their quality. The staff is great, location is great, food is great. So I think they deserve five stars. I highly recommend this location
The food is great frosties aren't so bad their cells they sure do have a big line now I guess that's cuz of their new french fries
I was trying to download the Wendy’s app In the parking lot to place an order. The manager, came out and saw me struggling and took my order right there. My spicy chicken sandwich was on point and the fries were smoking hot! I wish I knew the managers name to give her credit for going above and beyond the call of duty to provide premium customer service??
The last two times I have come here, a guy named Savian took my order in the drive thru and he is so sweet! Very nice and friendly. Eva at the window was also very nice! Always great customer service at this place!
Very good breakfast! Had the sausage,egg & cheese croissant with the seasoned friesStill stupid that they don't have the lobby open. Others manage it.
