The chef has amazing talents. Each course was impressive with such detail and presentation and the flavor was delicious.
Absolutely incredible!!! If you are an adventurous eater, enjoy Chefs choice tasting menus, and fabulously creative dishes, you should book a reservation ASAP… This place is a true hidden gem. A memorable experience each time we have visited. Mike and Angie (servers) are delightful, knowledgeable, and provide top level attentive service. Each dish is an explosion of senses in your mouth. We make the 1.5hr drive from the Northshore of New Orleans for this place. It is worth every penny!! I personally cannot wait for the next adventure..

Vestige is an amazing restaurant in Ocean springs! We have been to "fancy" New Orleans restaurants and they don't hold a candle to this James Beard award nominated Chef and his creations. You can clearly tell Chef cares about the food and this passion shines through. The extremely knowledgeable and friendly servers, Angie and Mike, go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. They explain every dish in exquisite detail and never let your glass run dry. We have traveled around the world and Vestige is at the top of our list for fine dining. The 5 course tasting menu will never disappoint. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients and the depth and layers of the flavors are incredible! If you are ever near the Mississippi gulf coast, you must stop by.

Vestige is a masterpiece! They use the finest, highest quality ingredients with complex combinations that dazzle the palette! They raise the bar even higher with every visit. Each and every course is completely unique and absolutely marvelous. We’ve only found similar dining experiences in NYC and Napa Valley. We are so fortunate to have such a high quality dining experience in our little town.
Vestige currently only serves a tasting menu. Each course, though small, is perfect. the care and preparation of the ingredients is evident in every bite. Most of the work is done in house using local fare and the combinations are inspired and unique. Favorites on this menu were the sashimi of gulf tuna and the croustade of lump crab meat. But its hard to overlook the salmon with elderberry capers or the wagyu beef with corn puree and summer truffle. And then there were the homemade breads and butters AND the delicious panna cotta with lemon curd. This was a memorable meal made even better by excellent service and good wine choices.

Iâll preface this with I am a New Orleanian. The pre fixe at $90 per person was outrageous for the portion and taste of these dishes. They were bite-sized (tasting menu or not), and they were a hodge podge of flavors that do no command any cost. It was amateur hour. Service was ok, but friendly. Again, Iâm used to top notch dining service in NOLA. We were extremely disappointed and annoyed at the money we spent for an unsatisfying meal.
Best place on the Coast. Highly recommended. Weâll be back.
