I visited Vals for the 1st time this past weekend. I will most definitely return ASAP. My friends and I had a blast! Everything was awesome....from great food and drinks, sincere hospitality, and a fabulous live music lineup.
Val’s Bar & Grill has an awesome food menu, nice bar selection, and friendly staff. Right off of Government Blvd in Ocean Springs, it’s host to many different events throughout the year- live bands, dart tournaments, crawfish boils, cornhole tourneys, etc. Awesome place to be!
I had to use the restroom and it was gross. It had food all over the floor and down the side of the toilet. After I seen that I didn't want to eat or drink there.
Always a good time when i go to vals. Shes usually there every time i go and greets you with a big smile and a nice conversation.
Great place , great vibe, great food. The bartenders and wait staff are all fun and all have a smile for you . I definitely recommend this place.
We went there for the Ocean Springs daytime Mardi Gras parade. The place was dull and dingy and smelled like a human waste dump. We were told by the bartender that they had a sewer problem and they were working in human waste water, ?? bad thing to tell a customer! After hearing that we walked out and didn’t even wait on food or our beers. I just wonder why the owner wouldn’t shut the place down and get it cleaned up instead of continuing to operate putting people health at risk!! I have turned them into the local Heath department and hope they make them shut the door until they fix their problems. We were told by local crowd that hangs out there that this has happened quit a few times but the owner would rather sit ignore the problem like it will go away. I should have know not to go there after reading Yelps reviews about the owner and the son but I thought we would give it a shot, boy the bad reviews were spot on! Well I can guarantee I won’t ever be back to that dump!
Great home town Bar!! friendly people and lots of fun. Can't wait to go back.
A very friendly sports bar with excellent service and more then enough screens. A well setup darts area.
Service such had to wait on for 20 minutes when they had bartender and twowaitress
