Tacos had ZERO Cheese ( HOW CAN YOU MESS UP BASIC TACO) Meat, lettuce & cheese.Well this Taco Bell did, guess they forgot to add cheese to the items because only one item had cheese. We had ordered 2 boxes. I tried to call them 22 times during the remainder of the day but they apparently had lots 9f other complaints OR took the phone off the hook!!!Whoever owns this place REALLY NEEDS TO STEP UP HIS GAME !!!!!
Order a power menu bowl. Didnt get a fork in the drive thru. Go inside and explain I was just in the drive thru and didn't get a fork.Cashier - "Oh we are out of forks."Me -"So y'all just sold me a menu item that requires a fork and didn't have the courtesy to tell me that y'all are out of forks before I bought it?"Cashier -"Yes.... Would you like a refund?"Like come on. We are adults here. Just communicate with me what y'all are out of. That's just ridiculous.
People really do not know what the word Produce means. Getting orders wrong every single time. Leaving food out of the bag that was paid for. Pretending to not hear someone when they call the store then just to let the phone ring off the hook. Hmmmm.
So, 3 years later and still a horriblely managed store. Shame. How do you screw up so horribly in life that you feel the need to mess with my day and get the simplest of orders wrong, not once, but every single time. It's like the Bermuda triangle in that area. Nobody can get any thing right.
This will be the 3rd time in over 4 months that I went through the drive thru and the cashier has told me that they are not taking any orders right now! It didn't matter if it was at open or in the evening, I've been rejected service.
9:30 on a Thursday night I pull in the drive-thru and was refused service. The employee said he only had 1 co-worker there with him so he said he was only doing Doordarshan and Uber Eats orders. SOUNDS LIKE CORPORATE SHOULD HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES, OR EITHER DEPENDABLE ONES WHO SHOW UP. I'm not surewho dropped the ball either management doesn't know how to make a schedule or the work environment is so toxic that your employees chose not to show up. Either way this store is obviously poorly run. You can see that from all the reviews on the food quality and preparation. Hope you guys are able to save this location from going under.
They always have an attitude late at night and close the grill down an hour before close and don’t bother to sell anything. Worst location ever.
Despite previous reviews I read, I had the three taco combo meal for lunch. They were very crunchy, fresh and full of fixings. Delivered reasonably fast for fast food.
The two girls working the drive thru were so rude. They handed me my food with no bag? I asked for a bag. They said it doesn't fit in a bag, thinking they were cute. Just a stupid waste of my time after sitting in their concrete curve of death to get my order. I call it that because it took forever.No bag for the food. No drink tray. No straws. No condiments. They need to be retrained, better trained on customer service. My advice is just dont go to this Taco Bell. It's a total circus complete with clowns working inside.
To start with the customer service is garbage. Attempted to order a quesarito and was told "you better order it off the app or I ain't making it." I replied with "the app is down, can I not just order it here?"I was told "that's not my problem." I ordered 2 double steak grilled cheese burritos with NO SOUR CREAM and specified that I am SEVERELY ALLERGIC. Not only did they put sour cream on it, they didn't put anything in it but sour cream.
