The manager Otis fixed my meal complaint promptly. It was just a couple of mistakes and it was handled professionally. I was very satisfied with this and appreciate the team up there!
Disappointed, a beefy five layer burrito with no beef. Ive never been to a location this terrible. they forgot to give me chips for my nachos, gave me a diet drink instead of regular (also wasn’t the right size) and then my burrito only had a teaspoon of meat on it. Im not one to really complain but this is definitely deserving a low score. Im a local and I surely wont be going back.
They missed 3 items in my order. My 5 layer burrito had a no meat. All this after waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru. Save yourself the time and disappointment for a different location or restaurant. This is the norm for this Taco Bell everyday. Do not try it!
Went for dinner which was understandably busy. We used the kiosk to order which made it faster to order. They didn’t offer some of the items we wanted from seeing the ads on the menu. Not sure why they were still advertising them. We took the food home to eat and all of the special instructions we took time to ask for were ignored. But it’s fast food so…
very, very slow at taking orders/making food. you will be in the line for at least 15 minutes if you are not the only car there. no exaggeration. very rude staff almost every time I have gone there. and it’s a couple times a week at least. unfortunately don’t have much of a choice between what is close to home. unless i wanna travel further. almost always something wrong with my order. they are the worst!
This location never disappoints. Almost all of the employees are cheerful and provide great customer service. Rarely have I gotten anything that wasn't hot and fresh. When it wasn't they, they corrected the,problems promptly.
Don’t go. They raised prices, consistently run out of items, and tonight they told me they were closed even though they were handing items to a car in front of me. They must still serve friends past 12. Oh yeah, they also close at midnight. Worst Taco Bell this side of the Mississippi. It was 12:15 and they told me there were closed but I watched them hand an order to the car ahead of me. Should be shut down and the workers sent to another that is undermanned because they aren’t very good here.
I'm not usually one to complain, especially when it comes to taco bell but this has to be the worst location I have ever been to. Every time we stop here our order is wrong and the food we do get is little to nothing, I would not be upset one bit if this location was shut down.
So I came to this location after work with pregnancy cravings and this location is a waste of time and money they forgot my drink and taco, which the taco barely had any meat.. they lady at the window was rude and didn’t have on a mask. I asked for mild sauce and got hot..
If your getting more than two items, you better check before you drive off. Plan on it taking twice as long to fix the order. Nachos got all soggy while I waited for them to make a burrito they forgot. I didn't receive a receipt, otherwise I would of complained to corporate.
