I do love this particular Starbucks, even when the line is wrapped, it moves rather quickly!
Had a shaken oatmilk espresso made by mariah. I honestly drink a lot of coffee. This woman can actually pull espresso shots. Nectar of the gods. Thank you mariah. You deserve a raise. Drink so good I even ate the ice!
I went to this store today because I wanted to get my favorite drink, Dragon Drink with passion tango, but the line was so long. I decided to go inside to place my order. I placed my order for the Dragon Drink; I told the guy my name was Ques. I said he could spell it anyway to help pronounce it easier for him to say when the call my name. So after I placed my order, four to five other customers came in to place their order as well. Now these are caucasian men and women that came in. These men and women had a large drink; I had a grande drink and all of them received their drink before me. I was tryna figure out what was going on because my dragon drink wasn’t big at all ,so I felt like I was singled out as a black young man and waited an extra 10 mins to get my drink. That’s not the only thing, the guy spelled my “Quwayass” . This is why I choose to go to the D’Iberville location. I never experienced this type of treatment at the D’Iberville location.
Absolutely stupid not to have cream and sugar out for patrons to use. If Covid concerns (as the employee told me) are the issue, why not put out the individual packets of condiments? Every other coffee shop does that. All you are doing is pissing off ur customers. I won’t be back.
They have poor service. Always forgetting something on my order, poor customer service and attitude from the only guy I have seen working at this location. You have to wait over 40 minutes to get your order.
They say DT is always faster than going in right? Not here. This is the slowest SB I have ever visited. Usually stores focus on DT times, but I’m literally sitting in DT right now and it’s been 10 minutes. I will never come back here. Horrible.
In store purchase on 2/5 was undrinkable, ordered black coffee, dark blend. Was asked if medium blend was ok as that is all that was available…really, on a Saturday at 1pm…well the black coffee was so hot that it took 30 minutes before I could taste it, ugh so nasty. I opened the lid and the smell was rancid, coffee was opaque with visible sediment. I also ordered a pistachio latte, was overly sweet with obviously too much syrup, minus the whipped cream that I had ordered. There was only one visible barista there during my visit which was concerning as other teammates were on the registers taking orders…odd for sure.
i just feel so bad every time i go to this location. i’m not sure if they’re understaffed or maybe just don’t have super strong employees, but the wait time here is always insane and i know they’re just doing their best. i still come and i’ll never make anyone feel bad about it, i just wish the managers would hire some more people, or at least come onto the floor to help these poor employees who get swamped.
Always exceptional service, plus delicious ? food and TDF coffee drinks. Bonus: right across the street from our local Indian Health Services Hospital ?
The egg bites are killer, get them everytime. Coffee is great and staff is nice.
