This sonic is positively wonderful! I go here quite often and I find myself getting something new every time. Their shakes and blasts are splendid in addition to having scrumptious snack dishes. I often get the onion rings and many of my good friends enjoy the mozzarella sticks fully. They also have many good deals very often including but not limited to the very popular ¢50 corn dog days.I recommend this sonic location to anyone in the area looking for a good drink or something to snack on.
I understand that everyone's short handed, so the 25 minute wait from the time we pressed the button to the time they took our order was okay. The order was delwhile,ivered to our car at 12.11, short three items. It's now 12.35 and I'm sitting in a car with two kids with half meals. We've now pushed the button two more times and we're still waiting. The worst part is the kids wanted McDonald's and since they only get fast food once in a great while, I agreed but saw Sonic and wanted a slush. So, off to McDonald's we go and I'll consider this a lesson learned.
Order is consistently wrongly or made poorly.
The food is decent. The service is great. The business practices are awful. They don't tell you that you can't tip on a card until you try to pay. This business is actively hurting their employees. I would not have ordered, if I'd known I couldn't tip. I ended up ordering something I didn't even want through the app, just so I could tip my server. These servers are awesome. They work hard, and they do it ON SKATES. They deserve tips, and Sonic is awful for not making that process simple. I won't be back. I will not support a business that cares so little about its most valuable asset, the people who work there.
Horrible customer service, couldn’t get our order right when they brought it to us, argued with us about what we ordered. Same thing happened a week ago when all we ordered was milkshakes.
Food quality has gone way down. Cold food. Flavors are disgusting sometimes like grills aren't cleaned. I go for the milkshakes only now.
We sat at the order speaker trying to get service. Finally came up to the PICK UP ORDER SIGN and girl with headset was out side on her phone. Thought you should know one customer left behind us but we waited and this is not good for business. There were no cars in the stalls either.
Very polite and efficient. I didn't wait long for my meal.
Nobody would answer the speaker and i had to walk up to the door. Horrible service and they didn't put any condiments in the bag. I cant eat dry corn days and mozzarella sticks with no marinara. I won't be back!
