We went to Sonic to get ice cream. The lady on the speaker seemed less than enthused to take our order. My wife gave her the first order facing the microphone in a normal volume. The lady said, “Uh, I can’t hear you, you’re going to have to speak up.” in a rather inpatient tone. So my wife gives the order again, 50% louder, and now the lady complains “Uh, can you please not yell.”So apparently you can’t win at Sonic. When the help doesn’t like their job (which is definitely the vibe we got), you can’t do anything right.Go to quakes. It’s better anyway!And I’m not calling your hotline. We are fine being treated rudely by Sonic.
This is a review that I hope the owner of this Sonic sees. I just went to Sonic at 740 Bienville Blvd., Ocean Springs, MS to pick up a DoorDash order and the very rude employees refused to give me a drink holder for two shakes I was trying to pick up along with the food. I had to leave the order there and could not complete the order as those shakes would have been all over my car and impossible to juggle the order in an attempt to get the order to the customer! Do better Sonic!!! I will no longer pick up orders at this location. They said they were running short of drink holders and they were saving them for their customers. Well I was picking up for their customers - makes no sense!
Sonic is you're old time favorite place to go to.. unfortunately lately orders are just slapped together in a hurry and without any care you can tell.. missing food from the orders as well.. it used to be a lot better! Last time i ordered 3 chili cheese hot dogs with a meal. Got home to see they had been just thrown in a bag and bags were covered in chili. Disappointed. Missing order of tater tots as well.. you would expect you're food to be in a lot better shape then that.. can we get it better way? We're paying for it ?♀️
It's been a while, but shout out to the worker that saw that I was having a bad night and said she hoped it got better. I don't remember her name, but she was a sweetheart. Customer service worker solidarity ?

Grilled chicken was a little tough. The Coney was excellent. After we ate we wanted to order shakes we would have waited 5 minutes to order and no one still got on the intercom so we left

Lots to love about Sonic. Sometimes this location's food is a bit greasier than the normal.Really wish they were in a less sketchy area. The pawnshop nearby and all the junk and squatters they collect really sketch me out.
Fast service, pleasant server! The ice cream ? was filled to the bottom of the cone and generous scoop ? ? ?
Service was pretty slow although there was a huge block party in the area.... The server was extremely nice ?
