Mine and my friend stopped in here at this Canes...and my friend had to wait and wait on for her order...other people that ordered after us got their food before hers...she had to go up and ask them about her order and all they could say is that they didn't get the ticket and then said sorry...SMH....I NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT ANY CANES TIL TODAY. Plus the chicken wasn't like we are use to in Louisiana Canes...Bread was gross...couldn't eat [email protected]@
I frequent this Cane's often, I drive for a living. I got there at 10:20 pm on Wednesday, April 27, 2022. I asked for an Arnold Palmer. The girl said they were out of tea. Then I said ok I'll just have a lemonade. The girl said they were out of lemonade too. I just read through similar complaints, complaints that you replied to, and this issue isn't fixed? So, the same people are still employed there? Right... Congratulations... this location has just joined my ever-growing list of Mississippi eateries that I will no longer spend my money at. For once, an Ocean Springs restaurant made my list before a Gulfport restaurant, and that is not a good thing, as Gulfport is the standard for bad service. Are you afraid to fire people, or afraid to lose peoples' business? Make a choice, I just made mine. You don't have to reply, just clean house and fire lazy people who don't want to work. Good luck.UPDATED: Thanks for the canned response. Fire the crew, because evidently they all do it and the manager must be ok with it. I’ll contact your corporate HQ and see if their response is casual and canned too.
We came at 10.40pm. They girl didn’t make us feel welcome when we were there. I saw that she poured all of the teas out and asked if they are closed. She said yes but they still have everything except I wanted jug of tea. Another guy came at 10.47pm but he has to walk out because they told him that they are closed. Google is still showing that they are closed at 11pm. That was strange.

Store was very clean, chicken tenders were fresh, hot, and delicious & the fries were hot & crispy as they were advertised. Counter person was extremely sweet, and very attentive.
haven't had it in a while. it was great. my son was thankful for the extra toast option.

Whoever takes orders at ocean springs location has such a horrible attitude I’ve only experienced a good joyful attitude one time I can’t remember her name but she was blonde and works in the afternoons she was great and made me and my coworkers smile.. but every other time We come through there it’s always the same ole miserable girl that has the worse attitude. And when we complain to manager seems like they don’t care if they keep letting her take the orders… and the sad part is a lot of people in ocean springs that go to this location know exactly who she is just by her horrible attitude!! Please reconsider putting a more joyful person like that blonde girl on orders who make others happy to come there..
