I just left the Popeyes in Ocean Springs. Awful customer service. I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes for an order that they got wrong. When I went in the store and told them, they all looked like I was speaking a foreign language. Thats after not acknowledging that I was there. Every One in the store has a bad attitude. And the food tasted lile grease. I wouldn't recommend going there at all. Not even if it was the last place with food in the state.
Just a suggestion...when people order online, they do it so that their food can be ready when they get there. If they select "drive thru" as the option for picking up their order, they didn't do that so that they could wait in line at the drive thru so you can tell them to pull around and go inside to wait in line again. Stop punishing people for using your app. I had a small order and I'm on my lunch break. I'm not trying to waste a bunch of time. Better service would be appreciated.
Always great food here - but the little boy at the drive thru window is horrible.However, the manager who runs this restaurant is very very nice and always treats us very kindly.
Well I ordered five spicy piece chicken tenders, six piece chicken nugget kid meal and a four piece chicken nugget meal. The chicken tenders weren’t spicy. I didn’t get any sauce for any of the three meals. This is something that should be checked by the employees.
Literally dog food... couldn't even eat the food.. so disgusting it was pathetic! Nasty oil soaked odd shaped chicken with 2 pathetic dime sized pickles the bread looked half decent... did not eat so can't comment on taste but my dogs looked like they liked it!! Just realized I can't upload a pic.. so mad I didn't take a picture of that pathetic excuse for a chicken sandwich...
Food was delicious, service was good. The rating would have been a five but for the fact I asked for breast and when I got home it was a thigh. I do not like thighs!
I get Popeyes once a week and the last few times I’ve gotten it, there’s a mistake. Tonight, I ordered a fairly big order and one of the items was a 14 piece of chicken. I got home and realized they only gave me 9 pieces! How can you mess that up?? I’m assuming that all the employees know how to count!! Maybe that’s not a safe assumption!! I called the restaurant and drove back to the restaurant in order for them to fix my order. At no time, did I receive an apology or was I offered anything extra!! By the time I got home, my original food was cold!! This was unacceptable!! I would never treat people this way!!! Do you want people to come back Popeyes?? This is not the way to handle your customers!!
Every time we go they royally screw up my order. Always have to go back in line to ask for stuff they forgot to give me. Food is usually cold and tastes old.
Popeyes is Popeyes this one is no different. Most of the time it's good but randomly it will be tuff.
Great spot. Very busy. Management trying hard to keep up with lack of staff. Felt bad for them.
