The kids love the play place
The breakfast crew is always top notch here but I had a bad experience on a Sunday for lunch.. I Ordered a Chicken Deluxe.. After I received my food I realized my deluxe had no tomatoes.. No Problem I kindly asked the manager for tomatoes and she rudely informed me they were out of them.. The only difference in a regular chicken sandwich and a deluxe is tomatoes.. It wouldn't have been so bad if she had a lick of empathy to her but it didn't exist.. Side Note: too bad we don't live in South Mississippi in the Summer where is most definitely not a shortage of tomatoes.. Im tired of hearing covid and food shortage as an excuse for laziness and people being cheap..
The food was very cold and the sandwich’s was slapped on the bread I called back up there and the manager got very smart with me and said if you stay out that far it should be cold (I Stay 4 miles up the road on Washington) his name is James . I will not be coming back to this McDonald’s ever again… poor management skills .. I understand the ice cream machine was broken and it busted all over the place and your painted was in a bunch but don’t talk sassy to a customer… This McDonald’s would’ve got a No Star but I have to choose one to post this. I hope he gets fired.
Best one on the coast. Some of the employees have been working there for years. Always a smile.
For the love of Christmas, extra pickles doesn’t equal TWO total. I have ordered every way I know how to and no matter what they refuse to put more than two on my sandwich.
Yes, I have been going to this location for awhile. And for the past 3 visits the food, has been horrible! I have order a fish sandwich meal with a large diet coke. The diet coke was flat and the fries was not cooked all the way, soggy and the fish sandwich was cool, not warm or hot but cool. And one morning on my way out of town, I stopped again and order a burrito meal, both burritos was as ice cold. Like they just took them out of the refrigerator. And again the diet soda was flat! I don't know what's going with this McDonald's. But I wish they would figure it out and fix the problem!
Friendly service and clean bathroom, easy in/out
One of my favorite McDonald's to go to. Their service is quick and easy and the food is hot and fresh! Only problem I have every now and again is a worker with a not too likeable personality but that's anywhere you go. All in all though they're definitely a great McDonald's location to visit if you're looking for some fast, hot, and fresh food!
Didn't go inside but did go through the drive thru and the food was accurate and tasted fresh. Thank you and keep up the great speed and taste. See you soon!
It's McDonald's pretty much like the rest of them. Drive through only due to the pandemic.
