It's little Cesar's you know what your getting buy this one is great doesn't seem to have as much grease it's clean an the man behind the counter was great friendly and ready to help
Ordered a thin crust pepparoni pizza online last night. Received a call saying out of thin crust pizza. The caller used LIKE almost a dozen times during our very short conversation. The thin crust are pre-made and would not be in until today.Only the drive thru was open as 2 people were working.
Full hour of waiting on cheese and pepperoni pizza. That’s it. The crazy combo had A SPLASH OF BUTTER AND NO PARM. I’ve worked for little Caesar’s for 5 years back in Florida and this is the absolute worst one I’ve ever seen. Customer service is terrible. No urgency and no apologies when they make mistakes. It must be my fault you forgot about my order. Do better guys.
I ask the employee that I want a fresh pizza and the night manger came up with a smart attitude told me that he wasn’t making me a fresh pizza the one in the warmer was fresh. Then I ask him to stamp me a card and he really got smart. I didn’t know little Caesar had quit doing that. When I got home the pizza was Luke warm and I only live 2 minutes away. All I have to say he was lying. To lazy to make a fresh one. I have got them fresh there and they were super hot when I get home. I had to put a piece in a air fryer to warm it back up due to the cheese was hard. WOW I always thought if you wanted it fresh they would make it guess not.
I have been here 3 times already today being my 3rd and only had great service once. I asked the older white guy who I believe is the manager to prepare me a classic with light sauce due to the fact I can't have huge amounts of red sauce he made the pizza no problem and it was great. I come in a second time and there are nothing but younger teens in there working and they make a fuss about my request then give me a pizza even saucier than normal, so I ask again for light sauce and for them to remake it because it is literally dripping with pizza sauce and they do it a second time giving me a very sloppy almost soggy pizza that was not very good and I was disappointed because they first time it was great. Today I come in and before I can even ask (3rd time) for my pizza the way I needed it, and he (the tall younger mixed guy) tells me they aren't making anymore pizza because they are about to close (it's 5:52) and I have to take what was there so I declined. I get into my car and check their hours and it says they close at 8. This is on a Sunday so you basically lied to me because you didn't want to make the pizza for me the way I wanted. Will never go there again !!
40 MINUTES!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just waited FORTY (4-0) minutes for a cheese and a pepperoni pizza!!! This store NEVER has hot and tasty pizza available and the store manager, Johnathon, does NOT care!! He was actually rude to me for asking when my pizza would be coming out bc at that point it was thirty mins already. I asked for a District Manager contact info and he refused to give me the information. If anyone knows how to contact this stores District Manager please let me know.
Really good service. AJ was a nice guy, and he made some great pizza! Would 10/10 go here again
This place is EXCELLENT on Saturday openings/afternoon. The current employees are EXCEPTIONAL with the quality of their food. Thank you for a happy mind and belly. Wish more people were like you
Long wait inside and for the drive thru. Severely understaffed. Very disappointed with organizing priorities. Other places are better
I thought little Caesar’s was supposed to be hot and ready pizza but this particular store will have you waiting for more than 20 minutes. Not happy with the extremely long wait.
