Walked in to get donuts, was charged for items I didn't actually buy. The cashier never said a single word to me through the entire transaction. Just a horrible experience and even worse, the donuts weren't even fresh. What made it worse was when I asked what the total was, the cashier LITERALLY reached around and tapped the credit card machine without answering. When I made a comment about wanting to know my total, she looked at me and said "I will pray for you". The entire experience was surreal.
I had a coupon and a strong desire to buy 2 dozen donuts. They had other plans however.After sitting in line on the drive thru for more than 15 minutes and not a single car moved forward, the person in front of got tired of waiting and left.I followed.Maybe one day I'll get to use that coupon.
Ordered the original fully chocolate glazed donuts they were supposed to have but received regular donuts with chocolate icing on top.
Used the drive through and bought some warm donuts that had just been made. Easy on and off US 90. Corner location can't be missed.

This particular Krispy Kreme has NEVER disappointed me. It seems like the HOT light is Always on when I pass by or go there. And each time I go there to purchase donuts, they are always HOT!!! They melt in your mouth and taste so Amazing!!! Once I eat one, I can't stop eating them!!!Extremely Addictive!!!The staff are always cordial and friendly. The restaurant is ALWAYS clean as well as the parking lot.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing your donuts and coffee from Krispy Kreme!!!Thank me later

I arrived in the drive threw to make an order of donuts to bring to the children in class this morning about 6:10-6:15. No one took my order! People were in there working because I saw them as I pulled off. Later I called and the lady who answered started to laugh, telling me they’re headsets were not working. Well shouldn’t u then take orders at the window then if that’s the case. Not hapoy
