Only ate here once so far and it was good. Their steak hibachi is really good. Nice tender beef. I will be back to try other items. Thanks for the good service. The manager was very very nice and had a great personality. That is one of the most important parts of running a restaurant. Thanks again, see you soon.
Not my first time here for the ayce, and the food has been good before, so not really sure what's happening. Lately the calamari is spongy, slippery, and fishy, and the sushi rolls don't taste fresh and are dry. On the ayce they will charge you if you don't eat everything to a certain point, so this became problematic even on my favorites--The last 2 visits I've struggled badly to finish even the meagerist amount of food.The 3 stars are my wistful memories of when it was good, and hoping this experience has been a fluke. I probably won't be back though.
Love the all you can eat lunch buffet. Great rolls for 20 bucks total if you tip the staff decently
A friend and I came here for dinner. We havent been here in ages and were ready to wreck some sushi rolls. We left full but not very satisfied.We did the all you can eat sushi dinner (pic of the order sheet and rules) We both ordered two rolls apiece. I got the seaweed salad and not pictured were the "fried cheese dumplings" and "fried calamari" clear and miso soups...the best thing we were served was the seaweed salad and it was nothing special.Not to be dramatic but it really was the worst sushi I've had. Very comparable to sushi you find on a Chinese buffet but worse. All four (completely different) rolls basically tasted the same. They fell apart, the rice wasn't cooked all the way and the fish on top was cut in very thin squares. The fried cheese dumpling was a fried wonton with fake crab stick and cream cheese inside. The calamari were basically huge onion rings with a rubber band inside. The "clear" soup was a DARK brown that mostly tasted of soy sauce.I'm giving them two stars because the service was great. Our server let us know in advance there was gonna we a wait on the sushi. (We didn't mind, but it was over 30 minutes) And when he brought the first plate out spotted that a sauce was missing from a roll and fetched it for us. And the place was clean as far as I could see. Didn't have the best view as shown in the pics lolThis is my first actual...bad review. But I wouldn't recommend Ichiban to anyone and I will not revisit when we have so many other GOOD sushi places around here.
I ordered the all you can eat sushi dinner. It was worth every $. The spicy tuna was my favorite. The staff is very friendly and service was top notch.
Owner should be ashamed. Spent $80 on what was probably 3 ounces of fish in total.Every roll was mostly rice and crunchy bits. Even the special rolls were filled with only crunchy bits and a tiny square of tuna on top.I never leave bad reviews, but whoever made this decision should be embarrassed. I will never eat here again.
Food was terrible..all you can eat sushi the rolls are the size of your thumb. Definitely won't recommend...
Ichiban always has the best sushi! The wait staff is incredible too, they always make everyone feel welcome. Definitely recommend if you enjoy sushi!
The service was terrible!! We waited over an hour for food & when we asked for checks and to go boxes because we were on lunch break & running late… They made us pay full price even though we didn’t get the food to go! The hostess was rude & disrespectful! I would not recommend at all!
Awful service! Arrived at 11:15 am for lunch…At 12:40 pm, we still did not have our entree! I waited WAY OVER an hour for one 8 piece shrimp tempura roll and calamari from the all you can eat menu.The sad part is we asked if we could pay full price, but take the roll to go and the incompetent hostess said no! She had an attitude like she had to wait for over an hour to eat her food. At that point, we had to leave and they still made us pay for the food that we didn’t even get a chance to eat or take to go. This place is TRASH!! Do not go here! They just made money off people they didn’t serve! They deserve 0 stars!!
